I need to pop Muramasa back in myself. I'll totally give your icon the credit though!
I myself plan to get into the PSP MH games once I can spare the loot for a PSP, but I am also of the opinion that this series needs to be online. MHT wouldn't be the same without the online component; it really should be a mainstay in the series. Regardless of that though, its a great series and I am definitely interested in getting more of it.
Still hoping for a 3DS game in the near future too. That'd be epic.
I got my wii back today and all my memory is still there. Unfortunately a have a huge test tomorrow so I can't play tonight. But tomorrow i will be on most of the day.
That's awesome. Sometimes they wipe the memory clean after you send your Wii to get it fixed (so I've heard). That's why I've been meaning to back up my saved data to a Flash card. Mostly the stuff I'd be upset to have erased. Like 350+ hours of Monster Hunter and saved data from Resident Evil 4 (5* on all the stages with every character on Mercenaries). Then that's pretty much it actually. Now that I think about it, there is really not that much I'd mind losing.
With that being said, I'd actually quit if I had to start from scratch all over again with MH. That is to say, I'd probably never play it again. I have too many games I want to play to devote even half of what I have so far to that game again.
Most games that I had wanted to back up can't be. Most games block that ability if online is an option. The Resident Evil Mercenaries was so hard, but that was definately worth it. That gun was amazing.
True, I just learned that from Ludist's thread (thank you Mr. Mustache) so I wouldn't be able to back up MH even if I tried.
I still need to beat Separate Ways for the Chigaco Typewriter and extra outfits (gangster for Leon and knight for Ashley). Unlimited ammo and invincible Ashley, then I'll be ready to go through the game again on the Professional difficulty.
I can't go online for tri. I could go on the shop channel, but no tri. I'm gonna have to call nintendo if i can't get on tomorrow. I've checked the website and the only suggestion left is to wait. I hope i don't have to send in Monster hunter now that my wii just got back.
It's a bit ironic since I was just online an hour ago and I asked myself can Mark even go online? Let me know how that turns out buddy. By the way, did you have to reconfigure your settings or was it all left as how you had it before?
Everything was set up, but the support site said to delete and reselect it. The only problem is that Tri is the only thing that blocks online. I just hope Capcom hasn't banned me for some random reason while my wii was down.
I just realized that nintendo had to change the hard drive but backed up my save data. Do anyone think that capcom keeps kicking me out of the servers, because it reconizes one wii's data trying to be played on another wii? Should i just delete Monster hunter from the memory and try to start fresh. ?
