I think A/S ranking it your first time through is pretty much impossible. You've gotta see the arsenal and make a plan. Kind of. I've gotten pretty close to A before. But I seldom get my preferred weapons.
I've been thinking about it for a while and I might go back to playing Monster Hunter. The time away has made me missed that game somewhat. I think it's only been a month but it seems longer. Perhaps it's due to the fact that I played so much in so little time so when I suddenly stop playing the game, I feels like I've been gone longer than what I actually have. Or maybe school just makes each day go by slower as opposed to just sitting in front of the TV for six-to-eight hours at a time.
Then again I realized it's just a game and I could choose to play or not to play whenever I please. Nevertheless, to play or not to play, is a question I really have to ask myself. I honestly think the game I want to play the most as of late has been Resident Evil 4. I played a few levels of DKC Returns the other day to christen my new TV. I would play Muramasa except I'm not in the mood to play that game anymore. At least not right now.
The thing about DKC is that it's fun to play when I pick it up, but it doesn't really have that pull. The one that Monster Hunter Tri had at one time, and so did RE4 before it.
@Tranquilo I've been playing once or twice a week for almost a year, and the game keeps on giving. Sure, progress is slow and not overly focused, but I'm still having a lot of fun and after 180 hours, that's saying something.
I had a lot of fun with the game, but I always told myself I'd stop playing after I got all the lances or reached 500 hours. Whatever happened first. Curiously enough. Yesterday I checked the Nintendo channel and I had 497 hours logged into the game overall. Yep, it was time to stop.
My mind was just blown. I just realized that my name (Roger) means famous with the spear and I used the lance as my primary weapon in the game! It was destiny.
I'll fire it up tonight, not sure if I'll be playing though. It might've retained my online profile stuff, and kept my same number? Each game has its own..whats the word..intricacies?
