Basically it sells a freaking ton on the PSP. It's weird, PSP struggles to sell software yet Monster Hunter is god.

This stuff worries me though. It makes me think that Capcom is going "hey, this stuff sells awesome on handheld -- lets keep doing that!" or "hey, this stuff sells awesome on Sony -- lets keep doing that!" Either way totally bones me raw (not the good kind).

I fear for the next game and its supposed home one Nintendo.

I think you guys got this wrong. This was the first time Monster Hunter has appeared on a console not made by Sony. The next one is already scheduled to release on PSP. (Unless you mean the one after that Mustache). We must also remember that tri was supposed to be on PS3 but was shifted to Wii due to very high production costs.

MH always sells a ton on PSP, this is nothing new. Regardless, there were PS2 games, and now there is a Wii game. I think MH Tri is doing pretty well, really. Next up, I wouldn't be surprised to see MHF3 ported to the 3DS.

There will probably be a Tri G on Wii. And I am waiting on pins and needles for the MHF3 port to 3DS. For myself, as well as for the system's success in Japan. (The system's complete domination, rather.)

All I'm saying is, don't hold your breath expecting another MH game on Wii. If it comes, awesome, if it doesn't well you'll probably still be playing MHtri, if you're a completionist (which apparently isn't a word) of course.

EDIT- Haha, I forgot about this, one of my favorite quotes from yesterday. Meant to be a soft insult, I think.. I took it as a half-compliment.

Haha, good stuff! I responded with "I roll and dodge a lot, and I'm constantly healing." The guy (Emeris?) begrudgingly accepted the Quest, fully expecting to fail-- I'm talking FLYING colors. Huge success. I felt so good about completing that mission. Good freakin' times.

Also made me a little sad (not for me, but for other people) because he mentioned how much trouble people have playing with others when they see someone with armor as mine. I guess you can't judge a book by its cover, eh? Bone Mail = no go, apparently. "Halve Hunger," baby!
