1. I have a level 1, male Glameow with the Own Tempo ability ready for you (all 3 hatched like this so you don't get a choice!).
2. For the Meowth you have a choice:
-Level 15, Male, ability is Pickup (from Japan, name is in Japanese)
-Level 1, Male, ability is Pickup
-Level 1, Female, ability is Pickup

I'm thinking of working on this next as my 3DS backlog game of choice. I beat Luigi's Mansion 2 and Prof Layton: Miracle Mask in the past couple weeks. So this might as well be next (though I still need to beat Black 2!)

Do it!! You know, you're a big reason my whole Poke-venture got jump started. Back when BW2 were coming out I didn't think I was going to play another PKMN game (maybe ever?) and then I saw all the NegWorlders were gonna have the game (including you) and I was like "aw heck! let's do this!" and since then I got truly hooked
