Fire Emblem: Kakuse or 'Awakening" - "Two sleeping dragons -- one a sacred ally of mankind, the other its sworn destroyer. Two heroes marked with symbols of the dragons. Their meeting heralds the dragons' awakening -- and the world's ending."
The two heroes refers to the game having two main characters. One being given to the player to design themselves. The game also seems to bring back the Free Maps system as seen in
Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones.
The tandem attacks seen in early videos are called the dual system. Two characters can attack an enemy at the same time if positioned appropriately.
New features include:
Dual Tag
Team up with a friend for cooperative battles via local play. Each player selects three participants.
Street Pass
The custom My Unit character you create can be traded with other players via Street Pass. Characters you receive will support you by joining your army.
Spot Pass
You'll receive gaiden maps via Spot Pass.
