amiibo is certainly turning out to be a big thing in Nintendo's eyes. Whether or not the rewards for utilizing each amiibo is worthy to you, Nintendo plans to implement all sorts of bonuses. It appears right now that every amiibo is meant to do 'something' in each game though games not featuring certain characters may have more limited uses or lesser-valued ones. We've had plenty of threads on here for amiibo and I'm sure that will continue. Still, I wanted to establish a general discussion thread that doesn't have a specific focus or thought. That's how I feel. It's a small worry to have for sure, but while I want them, I don't want them badly enough to give the scalpers a cent, so I'll just do without unless I happen to get really lucky. I would like to have Ness though.

Agreed. It's nerve-wracking to consider how hard to get these will be... they have to be harder to make than normal amiibo right?

I'd love all three... but I want me a classic Green one for sure! I'd be more than happy to do the bundle since I want the game anyway.

My go-to place (Swedish) for preordering Amiibo has put up the Splatoon stuff, so I'm gonna preorder an Inkling Girl now, before I go to bed. Could be pricey having it sent across the globe, but if anyone's desperate for something tentacled and fears they might go extinct quickly, I might be able to make another order. Don't think they've got a limit to how many you're allowed to snag.

@DeputyVanHalen The Mario Party 10 amiibo bundle appears to be plentiful, so that's some indication the Yoshi one could also be if it comes to NA.
