What the heck is BIT.TRIP? Never heard of it before. I wish there would have been an avid Negative World member who was a big fan of this game (games?) and would share his enthusiasm for it, thus informing me about it in the process. Oh well. One can dream.

@GameDadGrantI'm not sure, but I think JKR wrote the theme song, or something.

If I didn't already have this, I'd probably buy it. Heck, I might sell my cartridge and buy this anyway. These games are perfect to have stored on system memory. So how are people seeing 3DS stuff in the eShop? I only ever see Wii U stuff.

I think I'll be double-dipping. As said above, it is a perfect title to have available on tap at all times, and I LOVE having my card slot open for other, less portable-friendly games. I will hold onto the cart, however; they didn't make very many of them.

This is how companies should be handling digital releases. I mean, I'm fine with day-one releases being the same price -- obviously I can't expect to download Paper Mario for anything less than retail price right now. But when they're adding games to the eShop that have been available for over a year and have been available at much lower prices, how can they expect people to pay $40 for Steel Diver or Pilotwings Resort? Hopefully this sets a precedent going forward -- if not for Nintendo, at least for third parties. Well, if any other third parties add back catalogue games to the eShop anyway.

@rebonackThis is likely to do well at this price too, its a great impulse purchase which is usually how I go about buying Digital Titles. I very rarely go all in with a digital title at full price.

@warerare Absolutely. It also seems like a great game to play in short bursts, so it would be great to have it on the system at all times. It's a win-win for everyone!

@rebonackYeah, if Capcom put RE: The Mercenaries 3D on the eShop for that price, it'd be a no-brainer.

@ludist210 Actually since you mentioned it, it's getting a retail re-release in Japan as well as an eShop release, both at a lower price point. I'm not sure what the price is or what the price originally was, but hopefully this bodes well for the future. (And hopefully it releases over here as well!)

Yeah, if Capcom put RE: The Mercenaries 3D on the eShop for that price, it'd be a no-brainer. This. Deerock and I played that game online one night and it was super fun. CPA Wei said:I still believe Steel Diver would be an excellent eShop game. Agreed, Steel Diver is a fun game, it's just short. For $5-$10 it would be great.

I'd get COMPLETE as a digital download perhaps, for the extra challenges + leaderboards. Don't need SAGA.
