The first Mega Man game in the new series on the DS stars human beings who can transform into "Mega Men" wearing special living suits. Sounds kind of cheesy, but the game is a pretty awesome game that harkens back to the days of X, albeit with a Metroidvania-ish twist and a messy map to go along with it.
