Made by Interplay for the Genesis and then the SNES a year later, Boogerman stars an unlikely, "Snotty Ragsdale", who by day is an eccentric millionaire living in Medicine Hat, Alberta, and by night the superhero "Boogerman" who vanquishes his foes through sheer lack of hygiene.
