Fans of the Dreamcast can rejoice: Thanks to the SEGA buyout of Nintendo there will finally be a sequel to the cult classic game Segagaga.
“Why? Hey, it solves a problem for us,” said Hajime Satomi, CEO of SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS INC. “All these weirdo development groups Nintendo has that we don’t know what to do with? Boom. They’re working on Segagaga 2: Segagagagaga all of a sudden. Problem solved. I mean, We don’t know these people.”
At which point his voice got very low. “Did you know they had a group called Brownie Brown? The fuck?”
While SEGA fans expressed surprise and excitement, the sequel’s name immediately came under scrutiny.
“Frankly, that’s too many Gagas,” said SEGA fan Richard Stewart. “I’d shorten it to just Segagagaga. Leave the extra ga for the next sequel. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves.”
Rumors that pop superstar Lady Gaga has been slated to provide the voice of Ax Battler were not confirmed at press time.
