There is nothing about this collaboration that I don't love. I just hope Suda takes charge of the gameplay.

The story idea involves a magazine writer visiting a hotel in Barcelona, but this is not set in stone.

Not many other concrete details announced yet. In fact, it seems even the name was made up right before the press conference, and Suda later said it could be set in places like Tokyo, South Africa, or Venezuela instead of Barcelona.

They want to make it easy to play, and mentioned mobile, Switch, Stadia, etc.

It sounds like they are still very early into the process, but it's still an exciting collaboration to watch out for!
