Pretty sure I owned 1080 on Wii, so I'll upgrade...otherwise, nothing for me.

I want a sequel to 1080 Snowboarding on the Wii U called 1080p Snowboarding. Make it happen Nintendo!

Seriously, I'd love a sequel. It's a rad game. The N64 has some of my favorite racing games.

Haha, I actually audibly laughed when I read that.

"Oh, by the way, MOLLY MAGGOT."

Did you ever play 1080 Avalanche?

@GameDadGrant

I haven't, but I want to now that you've mentioned it! I actually forgot it existed.

What's your take on it?

Become the maggot.

Play as Molly the maggot as she begins her life of decayed flesh munching. WARNING: A maggot life is a hard life. See how hard maggots have it as you defend yourself against other flesh eaters and corpses who fight back.

Enjoy and explore an anatomy-based map in story mode or try to make it through extra mode with randomly spawning exits. Both stages can be played in hard or, if you dare, extreme mode.

I think we have the real GOTY right here, and just in time too!

@Octorockin

It's really just okay. Not terrible. Not brilliant. Not bad, not great. Just...okay.

That said, it does have the same kind of controls and "feel" of the N64 predecessor. More tracks and stuff to unlock. The courses are rather short though, at least until the end of the game. The clear highlight of the game are the avalanches, though those are far and few between. If you can find it for cheap, I say it's worth checking out. Just don't expect to be blown away by it.

It's okay.
