Japanese Nintendo Direct Announced for July 11 (3rd Party 3DS focus)

Starts at 7 AM EST. No word on whether there will be a matching Direct in other regions.

Update: the Direct has come and gone. Here's some details from GoNintendo:

- Final Fantasy Explorers hits Japan this Winter, features 4-player online co-op
- Tales of the World: Reve Unitia due out October 23rd
- DQX has a slot mini-game, due out Sept. 4th for 3,800 yen
- use StreetPass to unlock content in Forbiddgen Magna, due out Oct. 2nd
- there will be a special edition with a sleep mask and CD
- Monster Hunter 4G due out Oct. 11th

Looks like some great content from my perspective. Though I suppose it's difficult to get excited for anything that's Japan-only. Still, what was shown is nothing to sneeze at.

Yeah, mostly follow-up stuff. I like and dislike these kind of Directs. On one hand, it's good to see how games are progressing and get maybe some new information about them...but then it's like, "Show me something new!" LOL

Oh well. Maybe the next Direct will have new stuff.
