Why not sign up for a (free) account?

I think I'll be picking up Knytt Underground at that price.

Was Renegade good? My childhood memories say that it was good. But I can't trust those memories, because GameKidGrant was kinda dumb about games. He'd play anything.

    @GameDadGrant

I watched the trailer and it looked like a poor man's Double Dragon, but not nearly as fun.

I think Renegade was what Technos made before Double Dragon and Street Gangs/River City Ransom, so it would make sense for it to not have the same depth or polish.

That being said, maybe it's fun enough to keep one occupied until River City Ransom comes out. Renegade on the NES doesn't have 2-player though, does it? Did the arcade version?

River City Ransom is out though...? At least it is in North America.

Pretty sure Renegade was single-player only.

Oh, I didn't know that! Not sure why I assumed it wasn't out. Maybe it's out in EU too, 'cause to be honest I haven't checked out the NES games on the Wii U VC at all, and I've already got River City Ransom on my Wii.

Yeah, not sure if they put it on WiiU, but it's definitely on 3DS.

Tappingo looks interesting, basically a Picross style game with different rules.

Yeah, I'm curious about it. Hugo Smits made it...he's a member on here. How much does it cost? If it's a decent price, I'll bite.

I would grab Tappingo, but I'm behind on my Picross games... still working on e2

I grabbed Layton and Tappingo, but have only spent a few minutes with Tappingo. It's fun!

Tappingo looks like a cross between Minesweeper and Picross. I might have to pick it up.

I was hoping Yumi's Odd Odyssey would show up this month. Stupid vague release dates.

@chrisbg99 Yeah, been looking for that every Thursday for the last two months.

Downloaded Layton. Will remain on my 3DS backlog until I beat the other Layton and its 365 additional puzzles I downloaded over the course of a year.

Upon watching a playthrough of Renegade on YouTube, I've decided against downloading. Apparently you can spam this running-punch attack and basically insta-win nearly every fight. The whole game took the player less than ten minutes, and the ending was total garbage.

Avoid Renegade, download Double Dragon or River City Ransom instead.
