Wario returns to steal goods from a magical pyramid. Health and death is back after Wario Land II and Wario Land 3 had Wario invincible. The transformations are still here, but the game has a more arcade feel with less exploration, and a mad run to the start of the level after you steal the level key (which Shake It will make even more interesting).
