A spin-off of the popular Monster Hunter series. In this game the player takes the role of a Rider; a person who can befriend and battle along side the monsters of the world. Battles are played out in traditional RPG turn-based fashion. As the name of the game implies, the game focuses heavily on story-telling and the bond between the player and its monster. There is a single player adventure, as well as local and online battle modes for multiple players.
