This is a previously Japan-only DBZ game that was released on the Super Famicom. It has since been ported to the 3DS, and available only as a pre-order bonus for those that purchased Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden for 3DS.

It is a 2D fighting game that follows the story of the Dragon Ball Z series. There was no localization done with this 3DS release - everything is in Japanese. For the hardcore crowd only. Probably.
