Anyone else grab this up?

Honestly I saw it in the video and really liked the graphical style having no idea what it was, then people here were giving it high praise for being like some Animal Crossing / Breath of the Wild crossover or something, AND it's a relatively low-cost game, so I figured why not.

I only played for about a half hour or so but it seems pretty cool so far. Not really sure what the ultimate point is... I guess just do random stuff while more or less working your way to the top of the mountain or whatever? It presents itself in a really chill way, like hey head to the top, or don't, IT'S UP TO YOU.

Just explore! It's a nice national park. So much to do and see!

Yeah it's a Chill Game above all. Explore, talk to some charming folks, gradually make your way up as you feel like it.

Hmm, but does the game just like, suddenly end? I talked to one guy and he told me I was nearing the top. So I panicked and jumped off a cliff, lol.

I guess it might work against what the dev is trying to do but I kind of wish there was a more clear sense of where you have been and where you haven't been?

I don't know what to say other than "Don't worry about it". Everything that happens in this game is a delight, and the pleasure is in discovering things yourself.

Take as much or as little time as you want getting to the top.

I guess I'm just used to so many indie games trying to be so clever now that I never know what to expect. For all I know you get to the top and the game erases itself from your drive and you can never play it again because of some vague point the developer was trying to make about chilling out or something.

Hmmm. You've all piqued my interest. Need another nice distraction from the world burning now that I'm bored to death with Animal Crossing and can't seem to find anybody to sell me some heroin pills.

I finished it. More or less. Pretty cool game! I did a lot of exploring before I did the end end part, and even more after so I think I talked to / found most stuff, but maybe I missed some.
