I only recently discovered The Lego Movie was coming out... and it was only the other day I even knew a videogame was announced and planned for release. That game is, of course, The Lego Movie Videogame. It looks like it could be rather fun and charming... maybe borrow from the Lego City Undercover engine... but maybe not...


Has anyone heard about this game? Has anyone aimed to pick this up?

What kind of hopes do you have for this title?

I think the title sounds funny.

I wonder if we'll ever get a movie with some sort of title that's the opposite. "The Super Mario Videogame Movie."

Yeah I felt the same as you. I don't know how I would change it persay but Movie Videogame is a weird juxtaposition indeed.

Dunno about the game, but the early reviews of the movie are all great.

My wife bought this for my birthday after we saw the movie. So far, it's...a LEGO game. Fun, and the cutscenes from the movie (a couple were from an unfinished version of the movie) were a nice touch. Having all of the movie's voice actors in the game is also cool.

With that said, I've played this game before. A lot. Doesn't make it less fun, but does make it feel more fatigued.
