Probably Wii 2, I'm like that. But... I'm crazy enough to think that it will be Wii exclusive, and release this year or early next year.

Really depends on what Wii 2 is.

But I'm thinking we'll see it this fall on Wii only.

If it's like Twilight Princess and has "improvements" then I'll get it on Wii2. Especially if it can put it out in HD. God knows I don't want that art style trying to pull a Muddy Princess on me.

If it doesn't come out this year for Wii I'mma have to choke'a'bitch.

I went with Twilight Princess on Wii and I imagine I'd make the leap for Skyward Sword as well.

Wii two

Not gonna happen, but if it did I would go with the Super Wii version, assuming I get the console at launch.

It won't be on Wii2.

The game has been delayed enough. It needs to come out as soon as possible.

Not gonna' happen. I'd get the Wii 2 version if it did though.

It's amazing that we all agree on this one.

@sirmastersephiroth

Well, I find it to be a weird question. We don't even know what the Wii 2 is, if all it is is a Wii but better, then there is really no reason to play the Wii version.

Someone asked on another forum a similar question: would you get it on 3DS or Wii. It's a pretty retarded question for many reasons, but ignoring the fact that SS is entirely designed around WM+ (a pretty damn big thing to have to forget!), the answer is less obvious.

If it did, it'd be the next console, no doubt. Assuming the controls are identical (and I'd have to assume they would be since the game is so leveraged on motion control?), wouldn't the difference just be that the newer console version would be in HD?

If it were to release on both I'd buy both like I did with Twilight Princess.

What? Stop looking at me that way.

I like how some of you act like it won't happen, considering we just went through the same exact thing with Twilight Princess for the GameCube/Wii launch

@casper884
LOL that made me laugh.

I'd want to get both but obviously opt for Wii 2 version. I've been meaning to buy GC version of TP since it released...and it's been how many years?

I hope they don't do that shit ever again.

I want to buy Skyward Sword on Wii and the next-gen Zelda game on the next-gen console.

I hear you, bro. They better not pull this crap or heads will roll.

well the Wii 2 will just be two Wiis duct-taped together with just enough RAM to do HD. haha. I wouldn't put it past Nintendo to do that(releasing both Zeldas for each system). But if there's totally new controls that'd be a lot of work for them to do both. I'd love to see release the game on time, then if they want re-release WW, TP, and/or SS for Wii 2 and if people want to buy them again then they can in HD.
