I actually shot each of you with a recovery bullet and the Gigginox also gained health each time, because he was right next to you. Derp!

You know, it's been a while that I didn't have a gunner on my team, and you were quite valuable last night I must say. Oh, you know when we both got crushed by the Gigginox and you fainted a 2nd time? I had a sliver of life left after that, but somehow made it out alive. Thank goodness.

Yeah, that was hella embarrassing. He actually fainted me while I was drinking a Mega Potion, the bastard.

I hate the Gigginox, because my astigmatism is so bad that I have trouble seeing in the caves. I just realized that I could've used the map, though. Oh, well!

It seemed like you had a sliver of health the whole time. I was always wondering whether to switch over to Recovery bullets. That goes against my character, though. I'm a fighter, not a lover.

yeah. and on top of that some people mix old and + for better results.... it gets "complicated"

like someone said, armors are never obsolete. you wear a different armor depending on what you're doing, who you hunting, who you with, what level of thrill you want, etc.

My main is still Rathian+ (cause i like it for early quests/when I help out HR31 or less as it's faster. Uragaan+ has a shitload of defense and bombardier which are perfect for jho or alatreon PLUS punishing draw which fits absolutely my style of playing (hammer. run around, draw a hit, charge, run away and repeat)

However, urag+ is SLOW (stamina depletes faster) and makes me look FAT!!!!!!!! o.O

Ian+ is a slicker armor and I like the extra health and earplugs (although I rarely use them anymore). I'm considerign using Agk+ armor to see how it stands when compared to Ian+ in regards to speed and defense (my Ian+ has +15 defense, that's why I don't use the earplugs anymore... although I should against Agk)

Oh and last night was FUNNY

me and MArsh vs. a Diablos and I was wearing a low armor for the kicks and had my pockets EMPTY and using the fire hammer LMAO

guess what?

we kicked it ass (TOOK FOREVER) and GUESS WHAT????? the one time I fight a Diablos with ONLY two players (me and marsh) and we were both "unprepared" it so happens that that was the BIGGEST Diablos that I've killed (and I have hunted MANY MANY diablos...) OMFG!!!!

can't believe we did it as a matter of fact

this reminds me the beginning of the game

when the first time I hunted a LAgi was WITH MARSH and it was the two of us ALONE!!!!!!

oh and yes. it sucks that + armors look the same as minus ones but, like I said, some +armors actually work better if you mix low versions of the same set (Uragaan and ESPECIALLY Jhen armors) so it might be done on purpose

it is now clear that the programmers are ASSHOLES and the game literally KNOWS when you are looking for an item to make it hard for you to farm. same bullshit applies to the Explorer feline skill... (need em' fuckign Dragonbone relics without the pain of dealing with jho)

it is now obvious that when you face a fight with two people instead of four the game provides the STRONGER version of the boss instead of an easier one, in order to make it not as hard on the players

I went from Hunter+ to Ian+ and got everything else later

I don't think I was ever interested in LAGI (minus or +) although now I will jsut to use the AWAKENING skill

My least favorite beast, for sure. I'm like, 0-14 against it alone.

I just took down my first Barioth all by myself! I ran out of all my potions and everything and was about to end via subquest but I stuck to it (using my fire long blade) and finally got my combo meter thing up and whamo! Most intense battle yet, wow. That thing is so fast!

It was offline Fabz, the first time I ever tried that quest in fact. It was extremely rewarding.

I only just got online for the first time yesterday. Solo'd a Jaggi (it surprised me how long it actually took to kill the bugger) and captured a Royal Ludroth with another rookie. I'm not HR3. I'll probably be on again tonight after 8pm EST. I hope to see some of you on, assuming that any of you would waste your time with me

a) get the + armors I never got
b) finish the offline game
c) learn the other weapons (its going to be like buying a brand new game... I have no fucking clue on how to use the bowgun... LOL)

I like the Bone Mail. I like the way I look. The Mail and the Helmet really do the trick.

Sword/Shield only.

I usually eat for Defensive bonuses. I do Health increase and Defense increase on the meal alone.

Funny that sword/shield is the second weapon I'm learning after the hammer ad I was obligated to use it to fight a certain boss...
