Does having the extra parts make a huge difference in the game?

And how much of the game is flying vs. skimming the ground?

I got the physical version, and it feels really weird to have 90% of the content locked. Also it’s a whopping $60 to upgrade to the digital deluxe version, that’s like $135 if you want all the content plus the arwiing.

Arwing is dope though.

It’s about 70% on the ground, which is awkward because the ship doesn’t transform or anything, it just awkwardly skims the ground with no explanation as to why they don’t just fly everywhere.

Update, the more I've played I'm revising my estimate to say more like 80-90% on the ground.

I like this game though, I'm gonna buy two more ships and one of the weapons packs.

I saw the ships in the store today. They actually look kind of awesome. Young Anand would've been all about that shit. I guess this game kind of flopped, though, unfortunately.

Starlink has dropped in price a lot, you can the Switch starter set for $40 and the ships are now $17.50 (I ended up get 4 ships and a weapon pack for $80 so now I’m no longer a single-ship loser.

Why aren't people playing this? It's a really good game!

I picked up the starter pack at BestBuy for $20 last weekend. They fixed the sticker to $30 as I left. I’ve been too busy falling back into Diablo 3 for the first time in five years to bother playing it yet.

I grabbed this off Amazon for $25. Haven't played it yet, but the Arwing does look pretty cool. I know there is a big Star Fox update coming soon. Wonder if I should play the game now, and then enjoy the DLC, or just play it once the DLC is out.
