The show is broken up in a few different chunks. First up, as Nintendo did in their E3 Treehouse presentation yesterday, we lead off with a brief mention of the latest we saw from Pokemon Sun & Moon. Then we climb our way into a much meatier helping of discussion with the elephant in the room… The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild! It feels so good to have some kind of footing of the direction in Aonuma's latest Zelda game for the Wii U and NX.
After an intermission break with some The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword music, we jump back in for more content. After the break we start things off by discussing the new amiibo that Nintendo revealed this week. Then we briefly mention some other things Nintendo had announced yesterday. If only we recorded this tonight and not last night… so much info released today even! Check out the website for more info there. This portion of the discussion tapped us out on Nintendo news so we switched over to some 'Nontendo' news and catch up with the cool things Microsoft and Sony are up to as well. It's a good time to be a gamer and it's a good time to listen to the podcast!
Negative World's site owner and operator, Zero provides the intro and outro.
It IS all good. I mean, I assume. I probably won't get to listen for a few days. Moving and all.
Speaking of moving, I did 20 minutes of hammering building a couch tonight from 8:10pm to 8:30pm. At 8:36 my new neighbor came over to tell me she was "going to kill me" *making a strangle motion with her hands* if I didn't stop soon. She wasn't kidding. I'd like a record of this in case I'm murdered over the weekend when we actually have to use hammers to hang things on the walls. .... ahh welcome to the neighborhood!
Been on vacation for a while and don't go back to work til Monday, which is where I do my best podcast listening, so I'm behind on this one and the last Euphonic. For shame! Can't wait to hear the great discussions. And I'll go out on a limb and presume everyone did a great job, as always!
And I can't wait for all dat Pokemon talk! (One of my current in-rotation games is Pokemon Blue, so I'm totally for serious.)
