I am Tyler Marshall, you may call me Kato if you wish, whatever is fine with me! I am an avid gamer, programmer and aspiring young man who wishes to create games, and other pieces of software that will make other peoples' lives easier. I found this forums when searching ratings for 'Animal Crossing: New Leaf', and well, after reading some of your posts here on the forums, I signed up while at work, and then after drove to Wally-mart to buy a $50.00 game card. Here I am.
As for the personal stuff: I work at a London Drugs, which is a Canadian owned chained store, with multiple departments. Cameras, Photo Finishing/Developing, Computers, Kitchen, and then general store areas. Yes, I am from the Computer department. Unfortunately we do not carry very many Nintendo games there. :(
I grew up on the usual Nintendo stuff. Nintendo 64, Game Boy Color (or Colour), Game Boy Advance, SP, DS, Game Cube, DSi, DSiXL, WII, 3DS. Pokémon was the first Nintendo game I endeavored a lot of my time in. There was, of course Ocarina of Time that I used to watch my older brother and father play with.
That was when I discovered Animal Crossing. My God I have never spent so much time into a game as much as I spent in Animal Crossing. I enjoyed nothing more than taking a few minutes/hours/sometimes even days… of my life to see what is going on with the residents in my town, and to see what was at the ever so lovely Nook Shop. And of course, like all of you guys, I was out there bug catching until 3:00 am, 3 hours before school starts trying to pay off my loan for my house, so I would be able to expand how many more things I wanted to put into it.
Now older, with a girlfriend, I will not have that much more time for intense gaming, this is why I am so excited to see a viable Animal Crossing game come out for the system I own. I will once again cherish the small memories of my town that will, hopefully stay with me forever.
Games I'm playing:
• Animal Crossing: New Leaf (3DS)
• The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D (3DS)
