Hey guys! It's time again for a brand new episode of the NegativeWorld podcast. This time, NinSage, DrFinkelstein and Zero discusses Bit.Trip Runner2, Star Fox 64 3DS, and the upcoming Flipnote Studio 3DS. Then they interview indie game developer Craig Stern, the mind, body, and soul behind "Telepath Tactics".

As usual, the theme music comes from Negative World's owner and dictator, Zero. The interlude music is from BIT.TRIP Presents Runner2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien.

Yes!

Everyone should check out Craig's Kickstarter, Telepath Tactics is really fun! He was describing it during the podcast as sort of Fire Emblem-ish but influenced heavily by Smash Brothers... it's tough to complain about that.

Yeah the whole Smash Brothers influence thing was really enlightening.

I was wondering when the thread title was going to make sense...

Oddly enough I have slowed down a bit on RUNNER2. I still think it is awesome, but I feel like the 3rd world just hasn't been as interesting to me as the first 2 worlds were. And of course, they still haven't fixed the leaderboard glitch. I hope they fix that before all of my momentum for the game dies off, I want to get all competitive with you guys.

@Zero

This time I don't think the episode title will make sense. It was something you said after our recording and I don't recall if David put it in the end or not. So it might never make sense. I thought even so, it was still better than the other idea I had, "Martinet-less"

Oh no, it gets in there eventually. Although I'm just spoiling the fun now. OR... maybe I'm creating anticipation? Eh?

Craig just got a pretty positive write-up on Destructoid

Went to listen to this on my iPhone but the volume was way too low. Not sure if it was just me and my crappy headphones but looks like I won't be able to listen to it on my phone.

@Pokefreak911

Levels should be standard... so I'm gonna assume it's your headphones... but try it elsewhere and let us know!

@DrFinkelstein
Yeah my headphones are pretty crappy.
Time to get some new ones, they were only cheapies anyway.

That was a good episode, excellent job on the interview! I enjoyed hearing from Craig Stern about his game and how he got into the game development scene.

Good discussions on the games you've been playing, especially since there was only one game covered by each of the three of you. In-depth discussion was had by all! I love the original Star Fox 64, I would love to play it on 3DS.
