NEGATIVE WORLD NEWSLETTER VOLUME 5, 11/14/13, 23:17

Greetings Guest,

Has it really been close to a year since the last newsletter? I apologize for that, I've been uber busy. Because it was my intention to not overthink these and do them fairly regularly, we'll keep this one short but sweet...

Support our very own TriforceBun's Kickstarter for Tadpole Treble!
Negative World moderator / editor and creator of the popular webcomic Brawl in the Family Matthew Taranto is making a game and it needs your support! Tadpole Treble is an "action/music adventure" where the music determines the layout of the stage, which has PC, Mac, mobile and, if it reaches its stretch goals, the Wii U eShop as its target platforms. Check out the Tadpole Treble Kickstarter and lend your support. Let's make this happen people!

Review-a-thon 2013: The Revenge is in full effect!
Last year's review writing competition went over very well, so we decided to bring it back. It's a pretty straightforward concept, you simply write a review for a game that has appeared on a Nintendo platform and submit it before the deadline (December 31st, midnight central time) and you're in! At the end of the competition there will be voting and prizes (most likely a free eShop game for each winner.) More details here!

Retro Game Club 22: Super Ghouls 'N Ghosts
Retro Game Club is where we choose a retro game on the Virtual Console to play together and discuss on the forum, and November's pick is the notoriously difficult Super Ghouls 'N Ghosts. Sure November is halfway over, but hey, you can still get in on the fun!

NewGameBer is back!
Yep, it's November again which means another NewGameBer. What the heck is NewGameBer? It's when you pick a game that you have laying around but haven't started yet and play it during the month of November. It's probably a bit too late to get involved this time around, but you can still lend your support. Check it out! (Must be logged in to view...)

And the rest
Is anyone else excited about getting your hands on Super Mario 3D World and The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds this holiday season? Dumb question, of course you are. Our game discussion threads for both are open now, so why not come chat with us about them?
