Super Mario Odyssey - 9.07 million pcs. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe - 7.33 million pcs. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - 6.70 million pcs. Splatoon 2 - 4.91 million pcs. 1-2-Switch - 1.88 million pcs. ARMS - 1.61 million pcs. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 - 1.06 million pcs.
That's basically every Nintendo published retail game as a million seller except for Fire Emblem Warriors, right?
Hmm, and if you look at the Wii U numbers for Mario Kart 8 and compare it to the Switch version:
Mario Kart 8 (Wii U) - 8.40 million pcs. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (Switch) - 7.33 million pcs.
The Switch version is almost certainly going to outsell the original when all is said and done.
@J.K. Riki It likely hasn't sold the million yet obviously, but even so it should be the best selling Xenoblade by some margin if I'm not mistaken.
Personally I could go for a Xenoblade Chronicles X2 right now. I much prefer the style of Chronicles 1 and 2, but there were good ideas in X, and it would be neat if they'd expand upon those. And possibly merge that plot with the rest of the Xeno plot.
I just never want the games to have Create-Your-Own-Character again. That ruined it for me, personally. Every character in XCX had life and personality except "me" the main one. Not a fan of that. Give me a Shulk or Rex to cheer for.
EDIT: Otherwise, sure, I'd be up for some X2 while waiting for not-X 3. :)
