Originally a Japan-only N64 game, Sin & Punishment was brought to the US as an import title on the Virtual Console.
I think of it as what Star Fox on-foot missions could be like... if they didn't suck. Very reminiscent of Star Fox 64 to me.
Controls are a bit tough getting used to, and you will probably wish you could use the wiimote, but definitely worth checking out nonetheless.
