Highly-anticipated sequel to the original Wasteland from 25 years before, Wasteland 2 is a CRPG that was famously funded by backers who pledged several million dollars to the game's development via Kickstarter. Like the original, Wasteland 2 takes place in a post-apocalyptic environment, and features squad-based, turn-based combat along with exploration and RPG elements, such as heavy interactivity with the environment via a multitude of trainable skills, and conversations with several NPCs.
