Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure Discussion (Nintendo 3DS) [game]

Welcome to the official discussion thread for Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure on the 3DS!

The mad wizards at Arika have struck again! But, unlike lightning, they have struck in exactly the same place! Again!

Dr. Mario. Miracle Cure.

I finally picked this game up, due to a sale. It's pretty good! I haven't dug too deep yet, but it seems quite robust, in terms of options. The game features Dr. Mario (classic!), Dr. Luigi (weird!), and Virus Buster (casual!) modes, there are a bunch of fancy new power-ups and special blocks, and it even has download play for multiplayer! Now, if I could only find an interested party who might be crappier at Dr. Mario than me...

I think I spent some of my Nintendo Coins for a discount on this game. Never used it, but I do love me some Dr. Mario.

Yeah, it was weird. It told me that this was a 'Deal For Me', or something. Is that because of a current MyNintendo discount? Does the 3DS eShop automatically deduct the coins from my MyNintendo account, even though I didn't pre-purchase the coupon? Maybe I'll check my MyNintendo account to make sure.

But probably not.

I'm pretty terrible at Dr. Mario. But I got the game anyway because reasons.

@Anand No coins required, in this case My Nintendo members just get a little extra discount. Most of the games on sale are for 29% off if you have a MyNintendo account, or 22% off if you don't. These games have been 29% off in the past with no account required, so this is partly just now requiring My Nintendo for discounts, probably as a way to get more people to sign up.
