Just moments ago I beat The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD. So yes, that's rightÖ the last ten or so days have been lacking in any Splatoon because Zelda sucked me in. I'm glad I could complete this adventure before Breath of the Wild later this week. I had beaten The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess originally on the Wii and so as I went through this again, I wanted to rank the dungeons in order of my own personal preference. Since I was re-experiencing these, I thought it was as good of a time as ever to put together such a thing. Really I just want to talk a little Zelda before Zelda comes out. So that said, hate it or love it, here's my list... (more)

Hi guys. Been a while since I've written a Top 10. Been a while since I've written anything. I may have forgotten how to write at all. Let's see. I'm going to clear my thoughts and just write the first thing that comes to mind... (more)

Well, that was exciting wasnít it? Iím not going to get into commentary on whether Nintendo did what they had to do to get the masses excited about their console, because Iím not the best at predicting what the masses want nowadays so itíd be rather useless speculation. Honestly I have no idea how well this sucker is going to do. All I can do is speak for myself, so here are my top 10 games from the Nintendo Switch presentation last night... (more)

With the Nintendo Switch on the way, I thought itíd be fun to revisit Nintendoís previous platforms and see which games Negative World thought were the cream of the crop. This isnít exactly a traditional top 10 list, instead I am going to take the single highest rated game from each Nintendo platform and compare them against each other, because uh... well, it wonít really make a very strong point, but itíll be fun nonetheless, no?.. Over the past couple months I watched the entirety of Animaniacs on Netflix. The show has a pretty strong cult following online, and it's easy to see why; between the tongue-in-cheek humor, (usually) strong animation, fully orchestrated music accompaniment and throwback to old-school Warner Bros. cartoons, Animaniacs had a bit of something for everyone. Which means that not every segment was a hit either. This top ten will be all about the different character segments of the show, ranked from my least-favorite to favorite!.. (more)

At last, it's time for the long awaited sequel to my top 10 NES Games list. Or as I like to call it, "Top 10 Mega Man games". And I'll be damned if I can't find some way to fit as many Mega Man games as possible into this follow-up... (more)

Aw yeah, itís the sequel that nobody wanted or asked for! You may have already read about my top 10 turtles in a Nintendo game, so why not waste more of your precious and ever-dwindling life on another pointless top 10 list before the dark void takes us all?.. (more)

I'll cut right to the chase: I think the Ace Attorney games have some of the best plots, characters, and storytelling in any video game. Rarely have I been as compelled to see what happens next as I do playing a good Ace Attorney case. So here are my top ten favorite cases from the whole series, in order!.. (more)

I like turtles! Thatís no surprise to most of the members here, but few probably know the extent to which turtles were involved in the lives of myself and my family. Turtles were pretty much always a huge part of my childhood as far back as I can remember, and at one point we owned something like 30 of them at once! Some of the turtles that we owned were probably not quite legal, as we often got hand-me-downs from friends of the family who found a turtle in the wild, took it home to keep as a pet, realized they had no idea what they were doing, and passed it on to the only people in their circle that might know what to do with wild turtles, my turtle-loving family. So yeah, between the ones we bought and the ones that were given to us, we ended up with a lot of turtles... (more)

I was a late-comer to the NES party, as I didn't have one growing up. It wasn't until a few years ago that I got my NES, but I was able to enjoy games for the system years before that thanks to the Virtual Console. Owning the system allowed me to fill in gaps in my library that the VC can't, so I've been able to play plenty more titles than I would have otherwise... (more)
