Did anyone else pick this up?! I got it and played about a half hour, it's pretty neat! Gameplaywise it feels almost like an old school Castlevania but with the new Metroidvania progression... of course the characters and such are Indiana Jones inspired. There are all kinds of secrets and stuff too, although at times it can be a bit obtuse as to where to head next. Hmm, and the buttons are weird, especially for menus, they are reversed from how I would usually expect them and it makes navigating menus a chore. Otherwise, it's a pretty neat game so far... (more)

Umihara Kawase Shun: Second Edition kanzenban is a compilation of two games with the "Umihara Kawase" title (one for the Super Famicom, and one for the Playstation). I downloaded this game today and have made it up to Sigma stage #3 I believe. I have all the unlockables including the Hadouken which as far as I can tell works whenever it damn well pleases. Also I believe I made the game significantly harder for myself as I did a lot of the bosses out of order. I started with Armadillo man, then went to Flaming Mammoth, Storm Eagle, Chilly Penguin, Sting Chameleon, Launch Octopus, Boomer Kuwanger, and finished with Spark Mandrill... (more)
