So most of you remember the ill-fated Wii game Project H.A.M.M.E.R. that was announced at the first Wii E3. In it, you play as a grisly cyborg dude who runs around hitting things with his gigantic hammer, which is motion controlled using the Wiimote... (more)

Good Day Everyone! March Madness is coming up and frankly, we might start a little early on this. The theme this time is Mario Kart Tracks and regardless of when we begin this thing, I need help narrowing down all 145 Mario Kart tracks into a nice 64 track bracket. That's where all of you come in!.. (more)

I upgraded my apartment to a much sweeter place like almost a year ago, and we still haven't had a game party here? Time to rectify that!.. (more)

Welcome Pokemaniacs! You've all made it to the wonderful world of Round 2! We've had a rather impressive amount of individual votes and I sincerely appreciate the turnout. The final phase of Round 1 is upon us and the final 16 starting Pokemon are revealed. This round has an organic feel with a hint of earth tones considering we’re now in the Earth Bracket. This bracket is named for the Earth Badge which is the final badge you receive in the Kanto Region prior to making your way up Victory Road and fighting the Elite 4! I think it’s fair to say that the Pokemon in this bracket do have their various connections to Earth and Nature. We’ve got otters and plants and boxers and bugs. There’s even a gourd! To me, this is most interesting bracket yet! Is it for you? Tell us in the comments below with your votes!.. (more)

We’re well on our way through the first round of voting. Things will certainly heat up as this time we’re in the Volcano Bracket, named for the Volcano Badge received from Cinnabar Island in the Kanto Region. This set of Pokemon includes some more unique Pokemon in my opinion. A lot of fan-favorites which got mentioned in the initial seed thread are in this bracket. In my copy of Pokemon Yellow, I just chose to glitch a Mew and use him to replace the very Abra I needed for the event. Will Mew eclipse Alakazam in the coming bracket? We shall see… (Be sure to tell us why in the comments along with your votes!) (more)

Round 1A has come and gone. Voting is now closed for it. Instead of in the past where we've had a separate thread showing the results and then having another post for the new round, I'd rather just wait on releasing the results. Sure you could technically tally them up yourself but I encourage you to simply be patient. In Round 2 you'll obviously find out who won as you'll need to pick the new match ups out. This change is being performed in order to reduce board clutter and help leave some suspense going into later rounds of the event. For now, please enjoy the next phase of Round 1... (more)

Good Day or Good Eve to all you Negative Worlders and Wanderers! Today begins a valiant journey through time as we look back at various Pokemon from the vast Pokemon franchise. We'll use non-scientific polling to fill our Pokedexes with selections for each bracket and the total votes will determine which Pokemon moves forward! Only one will be crowned, The Best Pokemon Ever!.. (more)
