Hey everybody, I have started up a webcomic called Kriswright Tests Your Patience! I will be updating with new comics soon enough, but until then, check out my spiffy logo and comic description! And please feel free to use this thread to discuss my webcomic in general, both now and in the future. (Each specific comic will have its own discussion thread.)

Shirley says: This comic was an inspired attempt at writing a strip after one of my favourites, Jillian Tamaki's SuperMutant Magic Academy--a kind of Harry Potter-world of mutant teens going the motions of love, longing, adolescence, and all that. As many of Tamaki's readers have noticed, the humour is really accurate, and bang-on. I've learned a lot from her work about precision and economy in comics, and am trying to experiment more with that aspect. This is the strip that inspired 'Sea Change'... (more)

Some new characters for you. Although this is not evident at all from the comic itself, this couple are, I suppose, best friends (forever!) with the couple you saw in the first comic. Of course, they have already changed a bit since this comic. As I said before, this is a big work in progress... (more)

So, at some point I decided that we should have an "introduction" comic. Something that worked both to introduce both the main character, and the webcomic itself. In that sense the "Let's DO this" may hold a bit of a double meaning... (more)
