My alternate title of "Is Bayonetta sexist?!" would probably have gotten way more hits. But nah, not going to go there. I sort of hate articles that ask controversial questions in the title that you know darn well they won't give a definitive answer to... (more)

Since Mario does not appear in the game, players can enjoy multiplayer by playing as Luigi, Blue Toad, Yellow Toad, and Nabbit. Some of you may not know the Nabbit character, so let me refresh your memory... (more)

This day and age, producing fan art based on something you're passionate about is about as common as weed in a town you've neglected for months. Still, it is absolutely one of the best ways to showcase your love for something and Animal Crossing is no different. I searched far and wide across the internet to find some incredibly great Animal Crossing fan art in honor of the new release coming in just a matter of days. Most of the threads on my search took me back to DeviantArt which is a haven for art of all kinds. The following top ten list is not necessarily some objective definitive list but they were the top ten that I saw. Each one was something special in my eyes and I tried to find a vast array of art styles and concepts. There were so many great pieces of art that I even found myself having six honorable mentions, which I will post in the thread later so not to lengthen the main list any further. With that said, enjoy!.. (more)

Welcome, and thank you for checking out my list of the top 10 Mario Kart tracks of all-time (at least, up until this moment.) I want to start off by saying it was difficult, incredibly difficult, to pare this list down to just 10 tracks. My ďshortlistĒ was over 20 tracks, and I had to cut many excellent tracks to make it to 10, including a few that I was certain were going to be shoe-ins before I really started trimming down. So if one of your favorites is missing, rest assured, it probably pained me to leave it out as much as it pains you to not see it on here... (more)

Little Inferno (Wii U eShop) is the first game from newly established developer Tomorrow Corporation, an indie dream team consisting of Kyle Gabler and Allan Blomquist (World of Goo), as well as Kyle Gray (Henry Hatsworth, which I also reviewed.) With a pedigree such as this, my expectations coming into the game were naturally high. Does Little Inferno meet my expectations? Well, the credits have rolled, and I can safely report back this: bringing expectations into this game is a pointless endeavor. Little Inferno will take all of your expectations and burn them to the ground. Iím not saying that Little Inferno is a bad game, not at all. Actually, it is possible to question whether it can be considered a proper game at all... (more)

You knew this was coming. I love the Wii, I love Top 10s. I can't get enough of either of them - so when a Wii-centered Top 10 has so many games I can put in it, it's only natural that it's gonna be made eventually. With the Wii U almost near us it's the perfect time to snag some of these completely ignored gems and play them on there in HD. They're also painfully cheap at this point... (more)

I'm finally playing through Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze on the Wii U a good 10 months or so after it released. It's a great game, maybe even better than Returns, and if you are into that kind of thing you should definitely play it. One of the coolest things about Tropical Freeze is that it marks the return of legendary composer David Wise to the Donkey Kong Country series. David Wise composed the original soundtracks (OSTs) for the first two games in the SNES trilogy and parts of the third (although not Donkey Kong Country Returns on the Wii, which was handled by Metroid Prime composer Kenji Yamamoto, among others.) So I felt like it was time to give David Wise some much deserved love. And maybe some love for Yamamoto and his team as well. But mostly for David Wise, because that dude's Donkey Kong Country tracks are the best... (more)
