After enduring the suffering that was the original NES A Boy and His Blob, I found immense relief playing this vastly improved version of the game. Everything that was bad about the original game has been cast out like demons back to their unholy place of sorrow. The sins of the past... washed away!.. (more)

Oh the joys of classic games. It's why the Wii Virtual Console exists, so gamers have the chance to once again play the greatest hits that only get better with age. The NES is well known for its abundance of hits, yet this game is not one of them. No sir, and, no madam, this game should not be your first, second, or even tenth choice of the NES library. This game has the ability to drive even the most hardened game veterans crazy with its unfair game design and control. From the moment you reach the title screen, you know you're in for a treat when you hear a pathetic Indiana Jones theme song rip-off... (more)

Do you like puzzle games? Do you like classic NES graphics and sound? Nintendo and Skip bring together these two elements in a fun puzzle game as part of the ongoing Art Style series. Pictobits doesn't necessarily bring any radical changes to the standard 'match the colored blocks' puzzle genre, but the Nintendo fan service is definitely a good reason to pick up this DSiWare classic... A car strolls along through the quaint countryside on a dirt road, cutting through the vast green field, in a scene that could be pulled straight out of the early 1900s. We quickly see the driver is a gentleman, Professor Layton, whose presence is highlighted by his notable silk top hat.
