The lands of Labrynna and Holodrum cry out for a saviour. The forces of evil are gaining power. The Triforce summons you.
As Link, take up your sword once more to determine the fate of two worlds, in the Game Boy Colour classics. Wield the powers of the Oracles to traverse time and control the seasons. And link your quests to reveal the hidden truth in an epic meta-adventure that is greater than the sum of its parts.
I feel like an idiot. I am playing Seaons first. I am at the first dungeon and I don't know how to light the torches. I ran around the beach and village tons of times looking for a lamp or a torch or anything but I can't find it...
I'm on my way to the second dungeon in Ages. I gotta say, some of the plot devices in this game are ridiculous. I, a random stranger, bring some seeds to the queen, and in return she gives me some BOMBS. Couldn't help but laugh out loud at that. And then they tell me I'll get lost if I try to leave the castle alone.
@Pokefreak911 - Hey, let's not confuse our lore... Fish evolved into humans and then those humans found mystical dragon scales that magically transformed them into birds.
Also, Moosh > Dimitri > Ricky, IMO (though to be fair, Dimitri is the Animal Partner I spent the least amount of time with).
Looking for the fourth dungeon in Seasons...anyone else having more trouble than usual finding the path forward? Maybe it's just me, but the unseen hand doesn't seem to be guiding me forward like most 2D Zelda level designs do. I got stuck before the midboss in the third dungeon for quite a while, and I've been searching for this Sunken City for at least an hour now. The game is dense with stuff to find and do, though, so it hasn't been for nothing.
Beat the fifth dungeon today--I'm going through it pretty fast. It's pretty addictive, as usual, although I feel that the lack of GBA Shop makes the early game a little less compelling (I remember feeling excited about buying up the rings and Heart Piece there in the early going). Despite this game being more known (rightfully) for its combat challenge, it can still throw a curveball from time to time with its puzzles.
@TriforceBun - There's a guy over on the IGN Zelda Board who recently did a playthrough of the Oracles games who actually hated Ricky. I don't remember him ever saying where he ranked Dimitri amongst the three, but he definitely preferred Moosh to Ricky, so I know I'm not alone on that. (Though I never hated Ricky. I just never liked him as much as the other two.)
