Yep--it's the Mother 1 CD (one of my favorites, it's the one with the vocal tracks), the Mother 1+2 CD, and the Mother 2 OST. I also have the Mother 3+ and Mother 3i soundtracks, but just the digital versions from iTunes.

My mom got me EB used back in the day, so no box, sadly. I did get the guide as a gift from a friend about a decade ago though.
