Interesting...I wonder what will come out of this. Maybe there's a good reason they want be out in front of MS/Sony conferences?

Nintendo news every day from now on!

Sunday - Nintendo Direct focusing on hardware
Monday - 3rd party press conferences with Wii U games
Tuesday - Press conferences, website will probably be updated after conference with even more games/info, developer discussion with Katsuya Eguchi.
Wednesday - Software showcase

Talking about hardware tomorrow frees the way for the other pre-show developers to talk Wii U before Nintendo's big Tuesday conference.

Gosh, that jet lag must be killer.

I wonder if they will talk about things like storage space and their online plans. Probably not.

@Abdooooo

Ive never understood jet lag, or should I say I dont understand it cause Ive never experienced it. I mean, just cause its a different time where the plane lands from the place I left, my body has still experienced the same amount of hours lived, so, I think its mostly in people's heads. Sure, you might feel tired after sitting in one place after 6,7, or more hours.

@TheBigG753

I dount it. We probably will not learn anything from this NIntendo Direct, other than what we already know. All the big news will be delivered tuesday at the main press conference.

Who are those three guys in the pic? Are they important people at Nintendo or something?

wikipedia said:
When traveling across a number of time zones, the body clock will be out of synchronization with the destination time, as it experiences daylight and darkness contrary to the rhythms to which it has grown accustomed: the body's natural pattern is upset, as the rhythms that dictate times for eating, sleeping, hormone regulation and body temperature variations no longer correspond to the environment nor to each other in some cases. To the degree that the body cannot immediately realign these rhythms, it is jet lagged.

@gamewizard, jet lag is the feeling you get when your body is telling you it's 2am but you're walking down a sunny street in the afternoon. It's not the travelling, it's your internal clock still stuck in your normal timezone. I kinda miss it though. Haven't been to the states in years.

@gamewizard65

Jet lag is more about people's internal clock getting screwed up.

I experienced it this week when I flew from San Diego to Washington, D.C.

Even though I got in at 11pm EST I wasn't tired because my internal clock said it was only 8pm. Spent the next couple nights up until 2:30am or so while my body adjusted to the time difference.

Had some awful jet lag from a trip to Vegas a few years ago. Was up almost every night past 3am PST (which was 6am EST).

It took me about a week before I could sleep normally again. It was brutal when I got back to PA. I would go to bed at 8, only to not be able to fall asleep at all. The first few nights back, I couldn't fall asleep until maybe 4 or 5 in the morning, which got me about 2 or 3 hours of sleep total because I'd have to get up at 7 for work. Each subsequent night I'd get maybe an hour back until things finally got back to normal.

I'm definitely not doing that ever again.

Reggie should drop the blue jeans for something a little classier. Even black jeans will do it.

@Infinitywave

IW can't get enough jet lag.

@New Forms
@TheBigG753

It was AWESOME when I went to San Fran a couple years ago. I usually went to bed around 5am, so I totally fell asleep around "2am." Then my alarm went off around 8am or something, and it was like 11am! SOLID.

I might have those times mixed up, but you get the point

My body never adjusted. I mean, we weren't there that long, but it tooootally worked for me.

@Davoid

He is a man of the people. The Regginator wouldn't wear black jeans.
Also, Miyamoto is wearing hotpants. Have you seen the other angle of this picture?

I don't think NOA ever claimed they'd broadcast last time -- just Japan and Europe did, NOA said they'd tweet and post on Facebook (and it was actually probably a good decision since all they announced was NSMB2 and the Kirby compilation (which didn't even have any media to show)).

Have you guys checked out neogaf? So much fun happening over this and there e3gif thread.

A sample even though only pics and not gif

Also someone pointed out that its just hardware info. This must mean that ubisoft and EA are planning to talk about Wii U games a lot at their conferences.
