Online multiplayer call to arms Here's a list of all the folks who are interested in Uprising's online multiplayer mode. Post your friend code if you're interested and it'll get added here.
I play it at either the kitchen table or on my belly in bed, using the stand at all times. Keeps the discomfort to a minimum (and I'm not sure how much of that is related to the tendonitis I've been dealing with, anyway.)
@VofEscaflowne Which is why it would be so much easier to get some of those stats on the select screen! Maybe a damage per second instead of stars? Maybe a max range stat instead of nothing?
And yeah I was playing with it on my lap like that before. I have a hard time keeping the 3D sweetspot steady. I fidget. Plus I have to hang my neck down to see the screen.
Oh those would help but it still wouldn't give away its different charged attacks. Like I said, you'll end up experimenting anyway, not just because the game doesn't give out enough info, but because there's actually several treasure hunts that will have you using different weapons you'd normally not try out. The game is designed around replaying it and if you want to focus enough time on it, you'll end up trying out different weapons regardless of them being detailed or not.
@nate38 I agree with @VofEscaflowne. You are better off experimenting with the weapons than getting any stats. But I get why you can feel it's annoying... Still the screens are pretty crammed. Having screens upon screens of weapon's stats would feel quite daunting, yes?
@Davoid I get that each weapon has charged/continuous/standing/dashing each with different stats, and that the weapon page would look like an excel spreadsheet with even some of the details, but I'd rather be given too much information to read than none at all.
I know you can get idols with the egg toss, and my best guess is that you can get the same enemy idols in this mode as you would using the enemy-to-idol converter power.
Good matches, your skills are exceptional. Well done! I didn't stand a chance, haha. You were right about that club, it's insane! You kept using the tornado attack, it was devastating. Were you using 'play dead' power? It seems so, you would just vanish suddenly. I think. Anyway, that was fun. Sorry to cut it short.
The club definitely takes some getting used to, especially for online matches as quick players can just totally take over but one well placed attack can just completely destroy a group.
And yes, I was using the play dead power. It can be useful to sneak in and take out an angel when others are protecting the area!
Damn, I just spent over 100 coins to get eggs for idols. That brings me up to a total of 297 idols Also, I finally got the treasure hunt for putting over 50 hours of playtime... though I may have to use a feather to unlock the 100 hour one
Is there any kind of disadvantage for using the feathers? I'd like to get 100% but it would look kind of cheap if I used any but I don't see myself getting the one that requires 30 StreetPasses either.
