So it's no doubt that the Club Nintendo prizes for America aren't as varied or stellar as the European or Japanese counterparts, but occasionally we all find things we might enjoy. In between those moments, the points can surely add up. Each year it takes 300 points to make it to Gold, and 600 to make it to Platinum... but many of us have much much more than that... so tell me... how many do you have!?
I was filling out my surveys and I hit the 1900 mark... hence my idea for this poll... and I wish that I had something to spend it on...
I have somewhere around 1150. I'm thinking of ordering Ball, but I feel like as soon as I order something they'll actually announce something good that I have no coins for.
That's partially why I've held onto mine for so long. I've bought the shopping bag, and Zelda posters... and one of the Mario pins... but that's all over the past 3+ years.
Just over 1500. My problem is that I reached Platinum really early and I have a tonne of pending stuff. I hate holding back on it, but it's the only logical choice if I want to guarantee Platinum status next year.
Yeah, i'm 10 points from platinum now... and I am gonna register Mario Kart 7 because of the "planing to purchase" thing, but I might wait after that as much as I can to help with next year. It is kinda annoying isn't it? but I see why they'll want to make it a yearly thing.
1900?? There wasn't hardly any NIntendo games released this year. Yea, I know you probably waited to log your 3DS.....wait, are some of those points carried over from last year? Had to be, cause even if you bought the 3DS and every Nintendo 3DS game Nintendo Wii game, that still doesn't add up to 1900 for this calender year
Oh totally it's carried over. I wasn't even asking specifically for this current year. 590 of those is from this current year. Mario Kart 7 will push me into platinum.
Actually, I have exactly 540 coins. I've spent some of my coins previously on stuff like the Game & Watch Collections on DS, as well as the actual Game & Watch: Ball game. I like that kind of stuff. Y'know, stuff I'd actually use/play.
I'm thinking of getting the Hanafuda Cards, but those cost 800 Coins. So I've got a ways to go before I can afford 'em.
I got a shitload of them I can't even redeem because I moved, even games like Zelda I bought here in Argentina are North American copies, so if anyone wants those they're yours.
