In case you don't know, it is reviewing very, very well. I've read many reviews calling it the best JRPG of the generation, and one even called it the best JRPG since the 16-bit era.

Just curious to know how badly people here want it.

I don't think it means anything; Amazon will just keep sending out messages like that indefinitely since Nintendo's not going to release the game.

I was searching for the 'official' xenothread i think by shadowlink (which i will post soon...) and this thead came up. WOS already commented about it and made a seperate thread but i found it amusing reading postings from everyone from the past. Way to go Zero.

Yes, I'm being optimistic again. I just can't see NOA continuing to ignore this game after the amazing reviews and great sales in Europe. Well... yes I can and they probably will. But most of the excuses for not releasing it are disappearing other than sheer stubbornness.

Hedging what? The games were often looked at as all connected, and I specifically singled out one game to be announced for NA this year (which seemed fairly unlikely at the time) and one that will never, ever be announced for NA. The only one I was vague on was The Last Story.

But I'm going to add a new prediction now. The Last Story will not be announced for NA. I don't see NOA pulling another Gamestop exclusive with it, and I definitely don't see it getting a full release at this point. I think Xenoblade is all that we will see over here from the Rainfall games. Could be wrong though, if The Last Story were to be announced it probably wouldn't at the same time as Xenoblade.

Hedging your own prediction by saying that NOA will probably continue to ignore the game. In other words you were saying your prediction probably wouldn't happen.
