--Man, did you see Adam Jones goat it up against the Yankees? Dropped a fly ball (toughish catch still), right out of his mit, and three runs scored to break the tie. Ughhhh. AND, AND, the O's had an unconventional "why don't you just stay at that bag!?" Triple Play on them. Horrible. The thought of "man, I hope this isn't a Triple Play ball" with guys on 1st and 2nd should NEVER be in your mind.

Yeah, it may be early but the Blue Jays, Orioles and Rays seem primed to not take advantage of what was thought to be an off year for the Yankees and Red Sox. You don't get a lot of chances with those two teams.

Just saw that Triple Play, lol. My question, did the guy every tag second for the first out? Looks like he just scoots around it and goes for the run-down on the guy going to third. Either way. why was the guy trying to extend that into a double...

Faith Hill Leaves Sunday Night Football: It Was a "Difficult Decision"

Sunday Nights just got a little less exciting.

Won't be the same without her. Ah well, bound to happen eventually I suppose!

I am finally going to a baseball game tomorrow and can't wait! First one of the season for me. It's supposed to rain tomorrow, which would mean less people there so maybe I can finally score a foul ball hit by one of my favorite Buccos!

Also I feel bad for the Cubbies, but this still made me laugh.

Bummer about Pat Summerall. I really liked when he and Madden we're together.

As for the Cubs, I was at the game last Friday against the Giants and saw their wonderful bullpen in action, though thankfully, Romo got his first blown save that day and the Cubs won. And though my wife bleeds Cubbie blue, she adores Tim Lincecum. We usually try to go when he pitches, but realized we had a much better chance at an autograph when he's not pitching. Our timing worked out perfectly, and she caught him going into the dugout and got his autograph on a banner she has of him! It made it worth what I spent for those stupid tickets two rows behind the Giants dugout. It makes me glad the Cubs stink right now because I got those seats the night before we went.

Wow, thats pretty awesome about the autograph! Did she have to flash any skin or anything? I get ignored at Bills Camp now ( ) but Nikki has a knack for getting stuff signed for me when I go.

Going to the Astros v Mariners game tonight. Only reason I am is because I got free box tickets. King Felix goes for win 100 but I have little hopes this will be a good game.

I can't believe we did so well during the last homestand. Swept the Reds (what?!) and then took most of the games against the Braves and Cardinals. Madness! And now... Now we are losing against a guy who has never played in the majors and has a 10 ERA for the season so far. :/

Aww yeah, win #100 for King Felix, 7-1. Ended up having a few to many beers with my boss and a coworker, but felt good. 13 rows from the field, on visitor's side so it was pretty sweet.
