Yeah, I played it by myself. You want to try multi? Maybe I'll start with a new character. I don't promise I'll go through the whole game again, though!
I know what happened now (as I head off late for work) I set an alarm on my phone so I could get some z's beforehand but I left my phone on silent. My old phone would override the on silent switch in the event of an alarm, my new phone does not. I may be able to try tonight, I will let you know later.
@ludist210 Treat it like a high score game to get the most out of it. It's intended to be replayed to improve your grade in each course. Get the ideas into the idea capture asap to get a 2X score multiplier, then keep your combos going as long as possible using up every second available before finishing the course. After filling the idea capture, fly over top of the goal in order to keep going for another lap, rather than flying into the goal and ending the current course.
I downloaded Revenge of Shinobi off of PSN for $1. I used to play that game a ton on the Sega Genesis. What a great nostalgia trip that was, except I no longer have the labrynth before the final boss memorized, so that took me a bit of time to navigate. So many doors that lead backwards. Grr.
Anyways, I had 100% of the trophies in about 2 hours. I love when I get to replay these classics from my childhood and just rack up the trophies/achievements so quickly thanks to my intimate knowledge of the games. That was a dollar well spent!
Loving these trophy/achievement enabled classics. Keep em coming Sega! And keep those launch-week 80% PS+ discounts!
I played some Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light last night with the girlfriend. Once the interruptions by tutorial screens relented, it was pretty damn fun! We both could have done with less combat, though. It's standard twin stick shit. The real meat of the game is the exploration and puzzles.
Doing just that. I just have to beat Soft Museum with an A to get the last trophy (unless the Christmas NiGHTS levels count towards that trophy, then I have three more levels to go). I wish I would have played this game back when it launched on the Saturn.
