I'm going back through all the levels where I missed something, in a 2nd go-around. It's more fun for me, that way. Also I will go for a time-trial here and there when I think I already have a good feel for that stage.

So after beating the game for the first time, I'm going through the game again collecting all the puzzle pieces and KONG letters.

I just completed 6-K. These K levels are absolutely BRUTAL. So So SOO many deaths. But I have all the puzzle pieces so far, and I love this game. Onward to World 7!

So does anyone know if you get anything special for unlocking every ridiculously impossible thing?

Just beat the game a while ago, I'll probably come back to it to collect some of the extra stuff for the Golden Temple later on

For now, I'll be playing Monster Hunter again

I'll be 100% (literally, as in having gotten everything) in this game soon enough, so I'll be able to report back soon. As far as I know, though, the unlockables beyond the KONG letters are mainly just art-related stuff.

Some of these puzzle pieces are ridiculously hard to find. There are levels I've been through several times, pounded everything, blown on everything, and have committed suicide down every hole and I still can't find them all.

I refuse to use Squawks to help me.

Anyway, I made some incredible progress today and collected all the puzzle pieces, KONG letters, beat all the K levels, and beat the Golden Temple level.

There's still Time Trial and Mirror Mode. I started doing a few levels, but for now I'm going to take a break from this sweet game and come back to it later.

So I realized none of the worlds had more than 3 stages where I hadn't collected all the KONG letters (all from my main playthrough)

So I decided to get on with the rest and tackle the temple stages. Did 3 so far. They're hard, but not THAT hard. The Time Trials are definitely much more brutal.

What I say before? The K levels are not hard? Fuck you, old self. The Forest and Cliff ones were brutal. Haven't done the remaining two yet.

This game wasn't THAT hard. The K levels weren't really maddening either. I think the first annnnd...the one with the spinning spikes were the only REALLY hard ones...at first.

Mirror Mode, here I come!

I have put this game away for now. I have the original to play and so many other games. I did some mirror mode action and some time trials but unless you unlock something for your efforts, I wont be playing them for a while.

I still haven't even beaten the game. I'm amazed at how slow I'm going through it...

Just beat the boss of the 4th world. Took 30 minutes but it happened.
