Old school Neg Worlder's remember fondly the experience quest. I decided to remake it. I actually had this ready long ago, I just wanted to get some more stages going, but I've been pretty busy and thought WTF, it has 10 stages already which isn't a bad start. I'll work on more stages once people need them.

So enter the new and improved NEVERENDING EXPERIENCE QUEST.

For the newbz, essentially it is a meta-game contained in this site, seeing how many stages you can complete. Some are just simple quizzes. Others will make you think outside the box. Can't explain it much more than that, just play it yourself and see what I mean!

The Neverending Experience Quest can be found HERE or under "NEQ" in the "etc" menu above (link actually does something now.)

You can also view user rankings HERE (just sort by NEQ to see who is leading the quest.)

CHANGES:
A. Massive XP now given for every stage completed. MASSIVE.
B. There is now a strike system. You start with full XP for any given stage, but lose XP each time you answer incorrectly, up to 3 strikes. After that, there are no more penalties, so guess away!
C. There is now a hint system. When you answer incorrectly you will get a hint. There is only one hint per stage.

Post any questions, concerns, bugs, etc. in this thread! And you can also use, but do NOT post actual answers in this thread.

WARNING: DO NOT POST ACTUAL ANSWERS IN THIS THREAD. OR ANY THREAD, FOR THAT MATTER. The point of the game is everyone figures it out on their own. If you want to private message a friend an answer that's between you and them, but keep it private.

OTHER WARNING: I WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, GIVE "PRIVATE" HINTS THIS TIME AROUND. ANY HINTS I DECIDE TO GIVE WILL BE DONE PUBLICLY HERE, IN THE OFFICIAL NEVERENDING EXPERIENCE QUEST THREAD. can you put up an easier clue for Question #5? I've been stuck on it for months and its like, theres not even that many things I can try because of the answer format but that almost makes it more frusturating.

Yeah, I'm really stuck on that one. I tried the obvious stuff, but that doesn't seem to work, so it has to be something less obvious. Still, the format does make it very frustrating as there's only so many possibilities.

When the answer is typed out, it won't be a weird abbreviation of the characters' names or anything, you can say it out loud and it'll sound just right! Hope that isn't too obvious of a hint, but I got stuck forever because it just seemed so obscure...

Now I'm on #8... Time to start randomly clicking... I think I understand what it's going for, but I'm horrendously bad at remembering this kind of thing.

Nah, still can't figure it out. I know it's only 2 letter, and I've thought of a lot of words or letter put together that sound perfectly fine to me and can't get it still. Meh, I've pretty much given up on it.

There's only two characters in the series that can have their names spelled (Well, sounded out) with a single letter each... And they're both main characters. They're not part of the old, original series.

Hmmm the Textbox is missing from question 8 now, does that mean there is nothing to type or is it just an error?

There's nothing to type ware :)

Removing the textbox made that one so much easier to work out, heh.

Nope. Definitely not a series I am aware of...so I still give up.

I'm stuck on #6, myself. Which is kind of sad, seeing as how it's only rated one star. I thought I knew it right away, and entered the game I thought it was from. Failed. Then I thought I'd enter what the name of the object of sorts in the picture is. Failed. So, either I have the wrong game in mind, or I'm just an idiot. Or both! Haha. The question I have is, and maybe this is noted in this forum already (though I couldn't find mention of this), I have one more life left and if I fail one more time, what happens to my NEQ status/progression?

You carry on as normal but gain no more bonus XP for that question. No big deal really.

Okay, thanks for the info! No big deal, indeed. I was worried it'd wipe points away or end the game all together if I used up my chances.

Actually, its complete luck I got #8, I've never played the game and I was just messing around.

I have NO idea how I solved it, but I solved question 8. I then went on and conquered the rest of the NEQ. 5 and 8 were easily the hardest questions for me.
