Maybe RFN was right: Wiiware is slowly dying.

I really wonder where And Yet It Moves and that Night game are at.

Not that I'm complaining, still need to catch up with tons of Wiiware.

I'm interested in that Pearl Harbor game but I'd like to read or see more of it besides the teaser trailer that is everywhere.

I'm looking forward to La Mulana, but I checked their blog recently and they still seem to be deep in development. I don't think Telltale's Puzzle Agent has a WiiWare date yet either.

Shame there aren't more quality games being offered up. Hopefully the 3DS and Wii2's digital content will be a lot higher profile.

its pretty possible that developers know of the next Nintendo console and making games... verrrryyy possible designing 3DSware games as well

I don't own a DSi, so there's almost nothing for me to look forward to as far as downloadable games go.

Whoa, what is that Pearl Harbor game like? Is there actual flight and stuff? Is it like Top Gun??

@DrFinkelstein

Hey, that looks pretty neat! Sounds short though? 2 campaigns?

@Mr_Mustache

I didn't even notice that. Just two? Hmm, well I know it's the first of three games but two doesn't seem like a good deal of content. I'm gonna wait for a review but I'm certainly intrigued.

@DrFinkelstein

I have Blazing Angels but haven't opened it yet (for some reason). I should rip it open tonight and see how much I like it. If its totally mint, I might not get this one. Aside from RPGs, I don't really get multiple games in the same genre (like some people buy every.single.FPS that comes out).

Nintendo has completely dropped the ball when it comes to WiiWare. There are quite a few quality games, but almost no one knows about them. It must be really disheartening for developers. I know if I were part of a small team, we wouldn't be making WiiWare games, that's for sure.

Nintendo had better step it up next generation. Downloadable games are awesome and they're going to be even more important next gen.

Apparently Soul of Darkness is a good Castlevania clone. Probably well worth the 500 pts if that's your bag.

Yeah, I was just reading that review. Looks pretty rad. It's apparently about 2 hours long, but for $5 I don't mind too much. I've got enough long-lasting DSiware games as it is (why the hell did Q-Games fill Trajectile with so many boards?).
