I got real sidetracked, had some friends over and it unexpectedly lasted the whole evening, discussing story in movies, bad game-to-movie translations, and somehow it turned into having my friend watch that horrible Dragonball movie (he'd not seen it yet).

The only people I had on my friend roster were two guys from my Madden league, and DickBoom, (aka Boom-Boom, NewestBoom, OriginalBoom, etc) from IGN. You're most definitely on my list.
HR23, eh? I wish I knew where everyone else stood. I tried to get Smerd to edit his initial post as a pseudo non-Leaderboard Leaderboard. I mean, its NOT a race or anything..it'd just be nice to know where everyone stood. I think that I'm below average with this HR22, but I'm fairly sure that Anand, and most definitely Dynablade and Zero are far behind.

How many hours do you guys have logged? I think I'm around 115.
I'm focusing on maximizing my ian+ armor (all parts at level 7. jsut need 5 hard stones = grinding high rathalos and ian)
need 1 ian pl8 for the red bludgeon
need to get some kind of thunder hammer (i have no clue how i didn't figure out how to do it)
i started selling items i don't use and easily got to 1 millionz (or something like that). i started looking at MHwiki and actually writing down the stuff i need to keep for later and selling everything else to allow myself to get the upgrades I need
After i get my hammers done, i'm debating between movign to Agk+ or Barioth+ armor, maximizing them and then actually facing Jo and getting its hammer and armor.
then, Alatreon and then i'm just goign to enjoy my immortality and collect each and every armor for the kicks before MH4 comes out

it's not hard to reach HR40+
you can be HR100 and still suck (especially when others kill monsters for you and you take the profit)
I think that what's hard is knowing skills, talismans, upgrading the right armor that is right for your gameplay and then not relying on others to take down bosses for you
what's even more important is that you're having fun. at times it becomes a chore to find that one plate... but if you have fun while doing it then it's all worth it

Sorry I haven't been online much in the last few weeks guys. I'm starting school (again) next Monday and I've been devoting a lot of time to learning my way around CS5. I've also been pouring all of my gaming time into Super Mario Galaxy 2. I'm 89 stars in.

--I captured the Lagi last night offline; beat the 's' out of it, too. Didn't leave the screen at all, haha, and was drooling before the 10 minute mark. "Huh? That can't be right..." Laid down an EZ Shock Trap...got it, threw FOUR Tranq bombs, nothin'. "Uhhh...I think I made a big mistake...." Started beating it (still trapped), haha, and then it said "Main Quest Completed!" HUH??
Does that make sense at all? I'm not complaining!!
