Pokémon HeartGold on the DS

Welcome to the official discussion thread for Pokémon HeartGold on the DS!

To start, please add this game to your log, add it to your collection (if applicable), and (when you are ready) rate it using the link above!

NOTE: This thread is for discussion of both Heart Gold and Soul Silver.

I don't know how many people here are playing the new Pokemon games, but I figured there has to be SOME people here who are, and what better way to discuss than with an official thread? Not only that, saves me from reading the horrendous GameFAQS boards for sure...UGH...cesspool over there. Also, would give people the chance to share some of their adventures (and frustrations) so far in the games. So, with that in mind I shall start off first:

I started the game off and eventually settled on going for Cyndaquil as my starter, since Chikorita really sucks against most of the gyms, and I never liked Totodile since I knew I could find reliable Water types farily early. Thought about resetting a bunch for a female, but then decided against it since I could use a Ditto later on if I REALLY wanted to. Knew the first gym was going to be Falkner so I did all of the storyline stuff while leveling Cyndaquil up and caught a Pidgey and Bellsprout. The Bellsprout was for a trade so I could get an Onix...didn't ever use him except to teach him Rock Smash so I wouldn't waste a valuable slot on the Pokemon I would use for battle. Falkner didn't prove to be too much trouble as I have a bit of an over-leveling passion in me, so I didn't face him until my Cyndaquil became a Quilava. Only his Pidgeotto was being annoying by using Roost a few times in a few to recover HP and lower the power of the next attack against it, but Quilava's Ember overwhelmed it eventually.

With the first badge in my pocket I traveled the routes until I made it to Azalea Town where I had to go and save the Slowpokes. Funny, since earlier some idiot offered me a Slowpoke Tail for 1,000,000...which I sure didn't have and even IF I did I wouldn't have bought it. in the Union Cave I decided to nab a Wooper since I didn't have a Water Pokemon, and his Water/Ground hybrid type would help me out a lot later on. Kurt is a lot more useful in terms of making the special Pokéballs no; it still takes him a day, but if you hand him 5 Black Apricorns he will give you 5 of the corresponding balls the next day...nifty and much better than the original one-a-day from the older games. Bugsy was changed a bit in that the the path leading to him was changed, but it wasn't too hard to solve the puzzle to get to him, though he himself changed a bit. His first Pokemon were extremely easy, but his Scyther didn't come at me with Fury Cutter, and instead it knew U-Turn, though it never used the attack. Came a little too close to beating my Quilava, but I had Pidgeotto as backup since I evolved my Pidgey earlier, and really...coulda leveled up Quilava a bit until he learned Flame Wheel and that would've CRUSHED Scyther. Needless to say I got my second badge, goodies, and headed to the Illex Forest.

Keep in mind, my Rival (who I named Gary) battled me right before I went into the forest, and I pretty much trounced him, and the time before...his Totodile/Croconaw were way too weak. Anyways, after he left in a huff I managed to sneak up on some Farfetch'd, returned them to their owner, and got the Charcoal hold item, which went on Quilava. That is, when he wasn't holding the Shell Bell for HP regen during fights...that thing comes in a lot of handy when leveling to be sure. In the forest I found a guy that will teach pretty much any Pokemon the move Headbutt, and he will do it an unlimited amount of times. Not only good for bashing trees, but it is nice to have a move that does decent damage and can cause a flinch opportunity in battle, and I've visited him a few times already. I did go through the Ruins of the Alph, but haven't done anything major there, leaving it for later.

Next stop was Goldenrod City, though I took my time collecting items, battling trainers, and took a quick look in the Daycare Center, which I know I'll use later. Managed to get a Ditto, as well, and for now he's sitting in my PC to be used as a breeding Pokemon when needed. Oh, couldn't mention it earlier without really making a paragraph a bit too big, but I had also captured a Mareep and had been leveling it up, and by now it had turned into a Flaaffy, and knowing both Thundershock and Thunder Wave meant I had a mostly reliable paralyze-inflicting Pokemon unless the type didn't permit it. Goldenrod City is still the big city it once was in the original games, and it still offers A LOT of goodies. Items, TMs, a free Bicycle for faster traveling, and much, much more. Sadly, didn't have a lot of money at this point so I couldn't splurge on much. I did try the new Voltorb Flip-Card game in the game corner, and while I have gotten better...it's still frustrating at times and luck is involved. I won't go into a whole strategy thing, but needless to say, I didn't have enough coins to buy a nice Dratini, which I kinda wanted.

Moving along, I did some heavy training along the southern route and eventually went to battle Whitney. Those of you who played the original G/S/C might remember her as being a right pain in the ass due to her Miltank. Well, it's still a pain, but at least I had a better arsenal of Pokemon this time as well as far more knowledge than what I did originally. Still, that damn cow was very annoying with Attract, as most of my Pokemon were male, and it spammed Milk Drink a lot. I finally got lucky with my Flaaffy getting off a Thunder Wave, a few lucky paralysis turns, and downed her, and luckily Flaaffy and my Quilava survived since my Pidgeotto wouldn't have lasted too long against Rollout. After getting the badge I proceeded with more story events, got the nifty new Berry Pots along with the Squirtle-shaped watering can, which I promptly used to get that blasted Sudowoodo out of the way. From there I did a little bit of training and headed to Ecruteak City.

Now here is where it got GOOD. I got my hands on the new "Itemfinder" or "Dowsing Machine", and holy smokes is it WONDERFUL! You use it, it brings up a radar, and you just hold and drag the stylus around and listen and watch for the beeps. As the beeps get faster the section of the radar goes from a dull red to a progressively stronger orange, and then white until you see a dot where the item is. Line it up so it's next to the center dot (you), hit the Check Buttom and POOF! You got yourself a hidden item, and the machine is so easy to use I keep it on constantly. MUCH, MUCH better than any previous item-locating device. Anyways, did more story events, released the three Legendary Beasts/Dogs/Cats/WHATEVER, beat up my rival, but most important...went back to Goldenrod and got a free Eevee from Bill. I DID reset until I got a female since I wanted one badly enough and it only took about 20 resets to get it, at which point I started leveling it up.

Here's where it gets interesting...I wanted it to evolve quickly into an Espeon because I needed a strong Psychic Pokemon on my team and I didn't want an Abra, or Drowzee. It refused to evolve thanks to the 'happiness' thing, and by the time it was at level 30 I was about to give up. Then I saw Eevee had learned Bite and I stopped...and grinned. Eevee is a Normal type Pokemon, Bite is a Dark type attack...and the next Gym Leader was Morty, who uses GHOST Pokemon! Now, I had heard some bad stories from my friends about Morty's Gengar and its powerful Shadow Ball attack literally ripping them new ones, as well as Curse really sucking, too. Since Eevee was a Normal type, I BLAZED through the entire gym and Morty's Gengar could do nothing to stop me. Oh, it tried to use Hypnosis and the Dark type Sucker Punch attack, but that Bite proceeded to rip into the poor ghost without mercy. I walked away with minimal damage and a new gym badge, as well as an evolved Quagsire with Surf, which I knew I'd need to progress soon.

Off to Olivine City, more story stuff, Surf to Cianwood City to get the potion for the poor Ampharos in the lighthouse, and lots of training for the next gym there. Flaaffy had evolved into an Ampharos, Quilava was now a Typhlosion, Quagsire was fairly sturdy, that traded Onix was taking up space, Eevee was chilling out to slow down the leveling, and that only left Pidgeotto. Now, seeing as the Cianwood City gym is Fighting Pokemon heavy I figured Pidgeotto wouldn't have too tough a time. I stupidly forgot that Pidgeotto was dual Flying/Normal, and had weak Defense, so the first Hitmonlee that nailed it with a Hi-Jump Kick OHKO'd the poor bird and I got pissed. Ran back out the Pokemon Center to heal up, hopped on Quagsire and surfed up and down the shore fighting Tentacool/Cruel until I had an evolved Pidgeot with Wing Attack. With a much better Flying type attack than Gust, and with a big stat boost thanks to the levels and evolution I tore that gym apart. Chuck's Primeape was one-shotted, and his Poliwrath got lucky with a Body Slam paralysis, but Paralyze Heal to the rescue and Wing Attack spam brought him down and won me the next bade.

Picked up the Fly HM, which I was extremely glad to get and went back to Olivine City to challenge Jasmine after curing the sick Ampharos. Quagsire took down her two Magnemite without so much as a single point of damage thanks to his Ground affinity, and Typhlosion OHKO'd Steelix with a Lava Plume...GG good Special Attak vs. a Pokemon with low Special Defense. Now, I spent a little bit of time leveling Eevee once more, and with the proper 'happiness' level I FINALLY got my Espeon, and leveled it until it learned Psybeam at level 36. By now, my team was all around the mid to high 30s, save Onix, but he was replaced by the free Shuckle I got, and currently serving as an "HM slave", and I did a little more training before doing more story events, flying back to Ecruteak, and then heading for Mahogany Town. Once at the Lake of Rage I picked up some goodies, as well as the shiny Red Gyarados, who promptly replaced Quagsire as my surfing Water Pokemon, and I'm finding out he's actually very solid. Just have to avoid Electric Pokemon like the plague for now.

Anyways, more story with fighting Team Rocket, more leveling, and ripping through everything with my strong team and showing Lance that I really didn't need the assistance of his 'haxxord' Dragonite, but it was appreciated. Espeon did most of the work since Psybeam is godly against Poison Pokemon, which TR uses heavily, and with high Special Attack, she shreds them with ease. After all of that I finally get to fight Pryce at the gym, and a combination of Typhlosion and Ampharos make quick work of his team, which nets me another badge, and only one more to go. BUT, before heading to Blackthorn City I had to detour back to Goldenrod City to stop Team Rocket from taking over the Radio Tower. Bounced around a few places in Goldenrod to get everything done, but by the end of it I had driven them out of town and most of my team was sitting in the low 40s as far as levels are concerned, save Shuckle and Gyarados, but I'm working on it.

Back to Mahogany Town, east down the route to fight some trainers, and then through the Ice Cave. Surprisingly, the encounter rate in there was either lowered a lot than what I remember, or I just got lucky, but I had few random battles compared to your standard grass patch stuff. Solved the boulder puzzles, got spiffy loot, and exited into Blackthorn City where I now currently have my game saved. Going to do a little exploring and leveling up to ensure victory at the gym, as well as getting Gyarados up as a surprise attacker because he recently learned Ice Fang. Since it works off the physical Attack stat, he can hit VERY hard with it despite not getting the STAB when using it, and seeing as Dragon Pokemon positively HATE Ice type attacks...not to mention he has Twister, too, though I got rid of that for now. Might get it back later, but Ice Fang should work for now.

And...that's where I stand as of now. I would type more about some of the improvements that I REALLY like, but this has already gone on far enough. I'll post those at a later date.

Actually that's a good question. I personally haven't messed with the Pokewalker just yet, but if I do before you find out, I'll post it.

Real briefly... There are so many things added that I love about this game, but the biggest by far is the simplest: having one of your Pokemon walk alongside you. It's very well done (even if it is limited), and as odd and stupid as it sounds... I feel like I care more about my little team of pocket monsters than I ever have because of it.

I actually felt bad when my Poliwag found something and I took it from him... and she was so mad afterwards. I feel bad when they're poisoned too (I mean it says "it's trying its best to keep up with you..." when its paralyzed, with the sad face and all that and ).

Running around with my Gliscor or Scizor or Amphy or... WHATEVER is just so awesome.

The other thing... the Pokeathlon. I thought I was going to completely ignore this but wow! Such an improvement and replacement for the traditional contests. It's fun times, indeed. I keep getting fourth, which is weird, lol...

Oh, and ONE MORE THING! Why didn't they do this type of item and pokemon management in DPPT?! I love DPPT, but I don't know how often I'm going to go back to them with all this stuff in place in HGSS.

Anyhow, just more quick impressions before I head to bed (working the midnight shift!).

I'm 8 hours into the game, and I'm only now at Golden Rod city. I've been taking my time to level up my pokemon evenly and build an unstoppable Pokemon army.

I traded in a Lvl 1. Pichu, Charmander, Riolu and Turtwig over from my Diamon and right now I'm just working on getting them all up to lvl 20. I also traded over a Soothe Bell and gave it to Pichu so it can become happy and evolve into a Pikachu.

Once I finish the Elite 4 off...I come for you, Negative World.

*sigh*

Why did I neglect to get this game? Gonna take forever for it to be available on Gamefly (not enough cash to buy new games on the spot).

Still workin' at the Shiny Lugia, and not gonna give up for a while yet. But at the same time, I did find that I was really taking my time in this game, just enjoying what I could scrounge up, and making lots of mental notes on where to come back later once I get that blasted Rock Climb HM.

Got this on the weekend, and after a somewhat tedious cycle of playing through the first section of the game and resetting, iin conjunction with my broken hinged chunkybutt DS loaded with my Diamond card, I've managed to assemble all 3 starters together on my Gold file. I've gone with Cyndaquil as my actual starter with Chikorita and Totodile gaining the boosted XP rate due to their origin in an alternate Gold reality :P.

Haven't got to the first Gym yet, so no Pal Pad code atm but I thought I'd leave my Diamond and Platinum codes here for anyone who wants to trade. I have nearly everything in my Diamond card so if you're missing any pokemon feel free to ask, odds are I can help out.

Diamond Code: 4811-4744-8842
Platinum Code: 4297-5404-7664

Will post my Gold code once I've got it.

Update for me:

Didn't get a Shiny Lugia, but after getting one with some fairly decent values I decided to keep it. Probably coulda got a bit more special attack power, but considering Lugia is banned in tournaments...I'll take his stupidly high special defense and monster speed as compensation. Going after Raikou now and seeing if he'll be any better than the Ampharos I am currently using, and if so my team for the first Elite 4 run through will be:

Lugia
Typhlosion
Ampharos/Raikou
Gyarados
Dragonite
Espeon

Two things of note for me (both bad):

1) I hoped that perhaps this game would revitalize or make me remember something about Johto I loved. In the end, there really isn't. It's just not my favorite region. I love the game, no doubt, but I vastly prefer Hoenn and Sinnoh. Starters, locales, Gym Leaders... I'm going to reserve judgment until I'm done with the ENTIRE game, but Johto is still my least favorite.

Thankfully, HGSS brings so much to the table (including a lot of the things I actually liked about Johto) that it's a minute point.

2) It's pretty hard to level up in this game! Even after transferring a Lucky Egg over, I have very few places I can raise anything quickly...

Now that those things are out of the way... Because I was so flimsy about my in-game group and didn't plan properly (wasting time raising things that I ended up not wanting to keep) and tried to rush through it too fast, I got to Clair and was severely underleveled and undermanned (highest level was 35).

Her Kingdra curb-stomped my entire team. She handed me my ass three times. Wasn't even a contest.

At first I was just going to start over, since I now no longer have many trainers to battle to gain EXP. But I decided against it, and instead decided to just "reset" my team, taking most of them out, hatching some eggs for natures I want, and just level raising the old fashioned way. I'm not proceeding until the entire group is at L45.

Right now (and its still subject to change, but I don't think it will), my team looks like this:

Vulpix (to Ninetales) L12
Ralts (to Gardevoir) L16
Electrode L30
Poliwrath L35
Scizor L38
Togekiss L38 (may replace as well)

Decided to go with a Fire-type after all. There are some I like, though I generally don't keep them in my group (save Blaziken, Charizard, Ninetales and Infernape). If I had to pick a favorite, it'd be Ninetales. And there we have it, I have my cute Vulpix!

After looking at some of my previous group members, I realized that they were all serving very similar functions. So I had to balance it out again, and though I hate not having a Ground-type... I'm likely going to keep it that way for now.

The other thing I realized I was lacking that I usually have in my team, was SPEED. Aside from Poliwrath (who I'd taken off my team for a short while in fact), my team was mostly slow due either to the Pokemon themselves, or poor natures. Thus, as much as I loved my Amphy, I replaced it with a Voltorb (now an Electrode), took my slow Gliscor off the team (had a speed-reducing nature), kept Sudowoodo off the team, and Quilava off the team permanently.

It was some hard decision making, but I think I should be good now.

I'm at the 44 hour mark now, I believe. I'm expecting not to challenge Clair again for another twenty hours - a record for me (I can't recall the last time it took me this long to get my 8th badge). I don't think Clair ever gave me trouble in the past, but I've always been overleveled for the last Leader of any Pokemon game, usually by at least 2 leaves if not more. So this was... wow. Quite a first for me.

Anyhow, that's the end of my bitching. I'm going to get back to it; if I'm lucky, this'll take less time than I'm anticipating.

...okay, so with those

As a ground-type with speed, I always liked Sandslash. Don't know how he stacks up in HGSS, I only used him way back in Blue.
03/30/10, 20:42
@Dynablade I've had the same problem leveling up. Game Freak needs to put in the vs. seeker for the next game. What I do is I transfer my Pokemon over to Diamond and battle the rich people next to the Poke Mansion over and over. By the way, I'm at the Indigo Plateau about to face the Elite Four. Anyone have any recommendations on what level I should be on?
03/30/10, 22:20
I'm actually a big fan of Sandslash. I might put him on the team.

I did finally decide my flyer - raised a Swablu to an Altaria pretty quickly, and I think it'll do well on Clair (at L35 right now). Trying to avoid bringing over a Trapinch and raising it to a Flygon, because I've raised so many Flygons! Trying to be different, lol.

But man, a Flygon would solve ALL my problems here...

We'll see. For now I'm just trading stuff and raising stuff, and not even concerned with beating Clair yet. I think this is th first time in a long time I've done that in a Pokemon game.

Hey, probaby not an April Fools joke: some free DLC for your Pokéwalker!
04/01/10, 22:25
I am almost at Ecruteak,i only got the game sunday night.
My team is ok so far,I have gotten everything I wanted to this point with the correct nature.
I have Crocanaw as my starter, adamant nature.
Crobat, also Adamant because I prefer the extra attack over speed in game.
Growlithe,Adamant, had to breed for this one since I caught 30 wild ones with no luck, has flash fire,i prefer intimidate though.
Flaffy, modest, seems to be a staple of my team in the Johto region.
Gloom, modest, decent grass type, also good for catching things.
Last member will probably be the red Gyarados, even though it does exactly the same as my Feraligatr will just slightly better.

Sandslash is slow lol.

Alright... after re-reading that, I have to apologize, as I made it sound like Johto was the bane of my existence, lol. Which it isn't - there actually is a lot to like about the region.

In fact, now that I've taken my time with it more, I think I actually am coming around to Johto a bit more. That said, I think that whole... post was from my frustration with getting "surprise sex'd" from Clair three times in a row.

Ironically, after all that bitching, I put Typhlosion back in the group and decided not to go with a ground type, lol. I did keep Gardevoir though...

Electrode L32
Gardevoir L33
Altaria L35
Typhlosion L36
Poliwrath L36
Scizor L38

Decent balance of types and weaknesses, varied movesets, and some favorites of mine are in there. Sometimes I wish I could just carry a laptop in-game so I can swap between party Pokemon and stored ones on the fly.

I also have to remind myself that I'm still only in the first half of the game - there is a crap-ton of things to afterwards! :)
04/02/10, 11:16
Good team there, Dyna. Not sure why you abandoned Quilava/Typhlosion so quickly considering their speed is rather decent for what you seem to want. I am assuming you didn't want to use the Eevee you got and turn it into possibly an Espeon or Umbreon...Espeon especially if you wanted a Psychic type (though you have Gardevoir now).

Not sure exactly what you're going for as far what Pokemon you are and aren't going to use, but...what version are you currently playing? If Heart Gold you might consider sticking Ho-Oh on your team for the Elite 4, same for Lugia if Soul Silver. I have SS and Lugia at level 50 with Aeroblast and Extrasensory was murder on both Koga's and Bruno's teams. As far as the Elite 4, I would suggest you do a bit more leveling and get your Pokemon into the mid 40s or so before challenging them. Route 26 to the Victory Road when you go past the falls is where you'll meet some good wild Pokemon for leveling, and a hefty amount of trainers for the same purpose. Most of them use evolved Pokemon and are of the Cool/Ace Trainer variety so use the Amulet Coin if you have it and be prepared for some nice EXP at last.

As for me, I beat the Elite 4 with the same team I posted above using only their learned moves, and just the HMs Surf, Waterfall, and Fly. I didn't have Raikou, but Ampharos was more than enough to handle it, especially since all of my Pokemon were at level 50, save Dragonite who was at level 55. Be very careful when you fight Karen and Lance...Karen's Umbreon will Confuse Ray and Double Team frequently, and it has Faint Attack, too. Lance's Aerodactyl is VERY fast and knows Thunder Fang, which almost took out my Gyarados, but he barely hung on and managed to beat it. Gyarados with Ice Fang can wreck most of Lance's team, but if it isn't fast enough be prepared to watch it die to his Aerodactyl or Dragonite since they know electric attacks. Dragonite also saved me, but I got very lucky with his Dragon Rush attack in that it connected every time I used it despite its lower accuracy.

Now it's on to the Kanto League for me!

TTDR Version:

I'm just picking non-legendaries randomly and seeing what fits, trying things out, picking some of my favorites and raising them, with no rush on fighting Clair or beating the E4 yet.

The "I like reading Dyna's incessant ramblings!" version:

Well this go-round, I'm not going with any proposed team or anything, was originally going to just run through with whatever I could catch and try to speed through the game. I didn't realize I couldn't get Gligar until late in the first half of the game though, which sucked (Gligar/Gliscor being my favorite Pokemon family of all time - ALL TIME!).

In general, I usually have an idea of what I want to raise and don't want to raise, and try to keep from using the ubers. I'm not adverse to trading things over though; I was afraid at first that they {Game Freak} would block you from trading with DPP until you beat the E4 ala FR/LG blocking you from trading with RSE until the E4 was beaten. Thankfully that wasn't the case.

Honestly, a bit of laziness played into Typhlosion coming back (don't have a fire stone to evolve Ninetales yet and really don't feel like trying to get one on to the cart until the weekend), and I'm still not sure he's staying yet. I might even trade over a Chimchar or Torchic and breed one of them (via ditto) over the weekend. I at least wanted to get Typhlosion into the dex, though. :D

I'm really just going around and collecting/raising Pokemon on a whim for a while, playing with different Pokemon and raising them to see how I'll like 'em (just finished raising a Lickylicky just before finally leveling up Gardevoir), just to see their sprite walking with me, and just to generally play around. I think that's what I've not been doing in the past two gens - I've been blowing through them on the first playthrough, particularly Diamond and Platinum.

In fact, once I'm done with HG, I'm going to finally trade over all the important stuff from Diamond and put it on Platinum/HG, and start that over again too.

What's crazy though is that while I am looking to beat Clair eventually, I'm not in a rush to do anything right now. I'm just really enjoying the world right now, kinda' how I am in Platinum now that I'm just raising Pokemon for the Battle Frontier.

I still want to try the Pokewalker as well, I haven't even pulled the tab out of mine yet! I really, really should do that this weekend (I generally take short walks on Saturdays and/or Sundays). We'll see.

Still gotta' do more Pokeathlon events so I can earn some stones too, and I still want to catch a Staryu - it seems it requires the super rod though, unless I'm just really unlucky catching it (usually try to do so after 8pm with no success - grumble grumble). Hell, I still want to catch a lot of stuff. I was amazed that I caught a Pokemon and raised it up to par (Lickylicky) all in the same day, lol!

As far as Eevee... I hoped that I could get a Leafeon in-game, but it sadly would require me trading it to DPP and back. Which... I may also still do, lol. I've already tried most of the other eeveelutions more than once (having multiple Flareons, Espeons and Umbreons still sitting in Pokemon Box RS), so I wanted to try Leafy or Glacie this go-round, the only two I haven't gotten yet. We'll see if I follow through on that, though it would mean someone else would be replaced on the main team again.

I can at least guarantee that Gardevoir, Altaria, Electrode and Scizor aren't moving. Unless I choose to raise this L15 Abra. Or, I decide to trade over a Trapinch. Or evolve my Magneton in Platinum. Or finally catch a Heracross.

...I'm really enjoying just toying around for once in a Pokemon game. It's been a while since I've done that. Says a lot (all positive!) about HGSS!

Double post, I know, but... just look at the size of that last post! I don't wanna' add to that...

Anyhow, my question is, I wonder if all the new interactions with Pokemon - having them walk around with you outside, the Pokeathlon, Pokewalker, etc. - is what's making me so indecisive. It's like I get Pokemon just to see them walk around with me or try them in events.

Anyone else that's played previous games feel that way, or is it just me?

Also, I like the stupid little details too, like the fact that the Pokemon that's walking around with you doesn't need to jump out of its Poke Ball at the start of a battle (it just trades places with the trainer). I think a lot of the little details and nods to the game series often get overlooked when people analyze/rate the series.
04/02/10, 19:57
I finished making my team today, well everything aside from levelling and move sets.
I caught the red Gyarados, only had to catch it 6 times before I got an Adamant female.
I am going to take on Team Rocket to stop the radio broadcast next.My average team level is 34 and the Gyarados is 37.
04/03/10, 02:34
Ooh, I did forget that I caught Entei with a Great Ball on first turn Wednesday.

I'd put him to sleep once before though, lol.

@jonjon85

Sounds like a plan. You're doing better than I was level-wise - I think I was about L30 across the board when I took down Team Rocket.

Ooh, I did forget that I caught Entei with a Great Ball on first turn Wednesday.
