END AUTOMATED TEXT. THREAD CREATOR INFORMATION BELOW.

Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology is a remake of a DS title that originally released back in 2010. With a bunch of new additions such as voice acting, new music, easier timeline navigation and even a new third timeline, there should be a lot of content to enjoy even for those who have played the original. Has anyone else picked this up yet? Are you a newcomer or are you revisiting this JRPG classic? Let's talk about it!

@Mop it up

This one doesn't really improve on it by too much aside from general presentation. The game is practically identical if you don't count the extra scenarios that this remake adds, as in there's no retouching of the original game's mechanics as far as I know. I don't think the extra content expands on the story too much but it feels like a nice bonus for those who have already played it. It does feel well integrated too, unlike some Final Fantasy ports I've played where the bonus stuff really just feels forced and as if it doesn't belong at all.

But yeah, try the demo if you want. It's hard to answer if it's worth rebuying it in your case but I've not regretted the purchase after having finished the original twice. There's quite a lot of bonus stuff to play through... or maybe it just seems that way cause the extra hard difficulty they added is brutally hard
